Great Idea

Save yourself a lot of grief, go to this site and download the entire game and avoid the streaming version, it rarely worked while this did. I took 7 hours to download on a fast internet connection. Just wanted to say thanks about Alt F4 suggestion. It was hanging for me on shut down but Alt F4 works fine.

It's been doing that on and off for a week now, the instructions on the EA site don't seem to work. I have asked this question several time, the silence is deafening.Believe they have no plans to fix it while we pay for a broken game. Maybe they plan in following the failure of Anthem with the demise of this game. Everything EA touches is toxic.

Seriously, Bugs from 6.0 not fixed yet, please let us know that a patch is coming or you will extend our sub's.

I had this happened and tried all the proposed fixes, none worked. What I did is download the entire game, as outlined on the EA website, that worked. So I now play one computer with the whole download and one with the ST version. The whole download runs better than the ST version (I play both at once on similarly performing computers.) Just a warning it took 7 hours to download so start it before you go to bed. I believe the version you download is bugged as every computer I tried (4) all stopped at 0%.

Same, when I tried to download again, the Launcher crashed

Those didn't work, as a last report I am not using the ST launcher but doing the entire game version, anticipate a 5 hour download. It took about 7 hours , but having tried all the steps they suggested and not having any success I followed the suggestion outline the alternative to ST and it worked. the other methods all resulted in the something unexpected bug. Maybe it has something to do with the current game download on the site.

Anyway you can stop the bug from happening every time you update the game? It's been happening like this since launch

Very eloquent you were much more polite than I usually am yet very clear.

Fix the stuff you broke faster after you release new content, or better yet, spend the time to make a bug free release, don't think I ever saw that in the last 6 years.

I'm a subscriber to two accounts, when I find a more entertaining MMO I'm gone. I left WOW to play this. Maybe something else (not from Bioware) will come along.

second this, I have 70 characters (2 accounts) as a subscriber, this new design is BS.
