  1. Wow! It's super fixed! I'm level 72 and everything was much lower level. Glad to have Bowdaar back.
  2. Both of them should just scale to the player’s level, with a difficulty relative to that level that makes them challenging. It shouldn’t be THAT hard to just complete one of the companion missions.
  3. I haven’t gotten responses to support tickets in weeks and I still can’t post any updates to my tickets in game. While I can understand the facetious reasons BioWare would leave their support ticket system broken, realistically from a business perspective of supporting and maintaining their product repairing the support ticket system should have jumped to the top of their backlog.
  4. Still no fix in the new patch notes. I don’t understand why they screwed up the Eternal Championship in the first place.
  5. Nothing in these patch notes. Please fix this mission so I can keep playing my smuggler. She’s shelved until I can finish this and get my companion back.
  6. They haven't replied to any of my tickets. The first ticket even got deleted--probably because the ticket itself was bugged with a negative ticket number.
  7. Nope I'm having the same problem. It's ridiculous. Any Fallen Empire mission should be able to be completed by somebody running Fallen Empire. My original ticket was bugged and had a negative number and it got deleted in yesterday's patch. I had to submit another one.

All of my negative ticket numbers were deleted without any responses.* I submitted a new ticket and it doesn't have a negative number, but I still cannot post updates to my ticket. *none of the emails I got were specific enough to my issues to tell me what tickets they were responding to so they were useless and don't count.
  9. You can? How? I can not. I'm getting responses to my tickets that are useless because the people responding aren't including enough context to connect to a ticket that displays the incorrect number.
  10. I'm experiencing problems with multiple support tickets in the past week. They have negative ticket numbers (ie: -1234567). I get an error message when I try to post updates to the tickets. I've received emails about two of the tickets, but I only know one of them because it clearly referenced the content. The emails don't reference these negative ticket numbers--they have different tickets referenced. I don't see these support rep updates reflected in any of my tickets and I cannot post updates to any of the negative tickets either.
  11. My Agent banished Kaliyo after she screwed up the mission in Fallen Empire but after starting Ossus she is back on my companion list. Koth has become unsummonable and is just listed as a contact after starting Ossus. My unavailable companions list also lists copies of characters that returned through out the Fallen Empire and Eternal Throne arcs. This is my favorite character. I took great care in all of the choices that I made. Please roll my character back to before your Ossus start mission trashed her so I can just not do your new content but have my time an effort trashed.
  12. I'd like to suggest that your customer service agents stop automatically closing tickets as a way to obstruct users from getting support for in game issues. If they need a response from a user the ticket should remain open so that the "update ticket" button can be used to continue engagement with your in-game support reps. Your phone rep told me (when I called to complain about the quality of your in-game customer service) that your system is designed to auto-close tickets, but as a subscriber since beta who was able to update tickets in the past, and someone with eyes that can see the "update ticket" button in your interface, I know that's a lie and that your customer service agents are simply trying to artificially keep their ticket close time down at the expense of actually providing real customer service. I've been trying to get an issue resolved for over 3 weeks and your agent's refusal to leave the ticket open so I can provide updates is simply obstructing resolution. It seems like your policy is to simply endure until your customers give up trying to get their issues resolved.
  13. This would be great. Especially the weapons. It doesn't matter if the appearances for these weapons have been dumped into crafting if those crafted items aren't orange items with slots. There are so many items better looking than the cartel store--especially lightsabers that aren't the size of D-cell maglites. I really don't like those. There were nice customizable guns and lightsabers on those vendors. It really tremendously sucks that you thoughtlessly pulled those out of the game.
  14. Why are the level 57 abilities for the 2 DPS trees on both Operative and Scoundrel reversed? The poison/bleed focused class gets the improved backstab and the stealthy backstabber gets the DOT bomb. It seems bad to me.
  15. I've noticed on my gunslinger and my sniper Ballistic Dampeners (and the GS equivalent of Rapid Fire) disappear many times when I enter cover. Specifically cover behind an object not cover in place. I roll to the cover (or crouch and get slid into place if I'm too close for the animation) and the buffs appear for half a second and then disappear. Has anyone else encountered this? They work normally when I cover in place but then I don't have the full benefits of cover. This doesn't happen every time I cover behind an object but I can't figure out how to prevent it. The only common thing seems to be if it's not absolutely level by the cover or something.
