That 600 runs out real quick if you need to do 4 bubbles, AoE for the Dps , HoT + channeled for the procs, And then Dark Infusion a couple of times and then get back to 65% to 75% force. And this is something that you'll need to do during FPs. Dark Infusion-55 force (base cost) > Rapid scan-25 heat(base cost) Not even gonna give numbers for the Op as most heals consume TA

As most focus on helping with the class picking I'll try and give some info on healers. Operative- HoT healer, stealther, very easy to heal on on higher levels do to a very good resources management. Sorcerer- Absorption bubble, best AoE heal in the game, resource management can be tricky do to high costs of abilities. Mercenary- Reactive heal on damage taken, the burst healer of the game, has the most unforgiving resource management in the game. For me the list of difficultly would be like so: 1) Merc 2) Sorc 3)Op I play all three and the only problem I have is falling a sleep while playing an Op then again I main a Merc healer so.... Edit: ooops, mixed up DoT and HoT there fixed now.

Each of the comms teirs has a "set" of gear, most don't have a set bonus but a comp won't benefit from a set bonus anyway. And there are gear sets that you can get from FPs or just random drops, but I wouldn't recommend getting those as it will be time consuming to get.

Quest giver markers appear on your mini map as soon as they are available, they don't appear on your "big" map. So you need to be in range for mini map to show them, which is somewhat limited. Edit: dammit, you beat me on this one Light

Qyzen, as far as I remember, does need aim. But using reflex armoring/mods on a tank comp is..... A very bad idea. You want Commando armoring, as it's more Endurance heavy, for enchantments you're probably better off stacking def or absorption(provided those are available). If you're still in mid 20's the power is good for Qyzen

Never had anyone refer to one of my female toons as Ms. Got a "healer darling, stand here plz" once, loled for quite a while But if a player sees a female toon and doesn't know the player behind that character, why shouldn't they refer to the characters gender? There's gear that you get for the one time quest line on Oricon which is 66, there's the Ultimate gear that you get from the vendor which is 78 and is called Oriconian(or something along those lines) As fro 78 being better then 78... well that's up for debate, as 72 with set bonus can be better in some cases then 78 without. The gear you get from DF and DP is(if I'm not mistaken) 69 puple from SM and 72 UV from HM. I said ATM

IE 58(Makeb comms vendor),66(Oricon),69(basic comms vendor) it will make it easier to make heads and tails of. Also what are the secondary stats that you're stacking(crit, power, accuracy,and so forth), and what's your role dps or healer?

You missed most of the gear that is dropped from OPS; Underworld(72 set)>Elite comms(72 no set bonus) Dread Forged(78 set) is best in the game, but cant be reversed engineered ATM.(you can get that from S&V and TfB NiM) OP anything under 78 you can reverse engineer, not sure about the gear you buy with Ultimate comms though

My Merc healer in almost full 72 has about 36k, augs and all, in Oricon gear I had about 24k. Only thing I can think of that might come close to these numbers is a Tank. and even then it would be what 30k max? Where did you pull that 32k from?Endurance heavy 69 blues?

Can we get a little more info? spec, gear status(i.e greens or orange as well as A/E/M level), companion,rotation and so forth. Makeb isn't supposed to give you problems at 55 and up to date gear, Oricon on the other hand

Problem with target of target is on groups of mobs, so turning those away(if possible) is IMO better and let's you keep an eye on any strays that might have missed, as well as the group(for any butter behavior;)).

At a glance? yeah.(don't really have the time nor the experience tanking to judge beyond that) Pretty much any build is ok for solo questing. This is however a tanking spec and tanking can be a challenge for new player, as stated by the others.

Good on you, I ran in to people from this guild that are ninjas,abuvise to others, and these are just a couple of examples.And I'm not alone in this, most of the people in my guild have had a bad experience with members of VaB. I doubt any healer playing pvp expects to be able to stand around and free cast, I know I don't, but I agree there's a ping of knowing the pain when you see,say a Sorc that's getting focus by a Sniper and a Mara

HM meltdown: Merc(72,me), 2 Maras (72/69 and 78/72), Jugg (66/69/72). You can guess the roles Zone in, say our greetings and... I get guard. *sigh* not this again.... Click it of, Jugg starts pulling. Everything is going smooth apart from the Maras ripping from the tank, I spend most of the time either healing one or the other (no Mara tanking was involved, also kill order was followed religiously ) Get to the sandstorm boss, and wipe on it as the 72/78Mara had aggro most of the fight(also never drink and heal kids ) Rez, run back, I get the guard again... Me: "why guard me when the Maras are ripping?" Mara1: "because he's a noob" Jugg: "because you're a healer" Me: "and?" Jugg: "whatever" Switches the guard to one of the Maras, and it's smooth again, mostly, some ripped aggro but nothing big. A small WTH moment was had, but that's about it. TL;DR Your standard guard the healer trick, no lulz here.

Trade them in for planetary comms,upgrade as needed, rinse & repeat till valor 40, then buy a PvP set( level 20, level 40 or higher), then trade you unranked comms for ranked and upgrade again. It's not that difficult to figure out.....

I found your problem, if you dont read the message that says that doing something or other will spoil the story... Well..Then... More to the point, I get about the same amount of messages, and to say that I read them on every Alt, no I don't, but I did first time I got it, and just seeing the title is enough to remind me(if I by some miracle forget that in the first place). All in all; It makes sense to do Makeb after the class story from a story POV, from a leveling POV you want to do it as early as possible. There's an assumption there by the Devs that the player focused on story will take the time to read a potential story message, an assumption that has been proven wrong. To say that I would rather get this quest line some other way than clicking something that is used often during the class story, would be an understatement, but also I get the design decision made there, it's not one that I would have made but then I'm not a Dev.

IMO you better check would be if you can be the lone healer for HM with maybe a hybrid off healing, that won't work in NiM obliviously. And I have yet to see a HPS/eHPS leaderboard, not sure why, Healers aren't a competitive bunch maybe?

Rocket boost is IMO worth getting if you have some spare CC left, the other stuff is hit and miss, just see what you end up needing a lot of the time. As for the aggro from the missus... well... get a warm blanket I hear the couch gets windy at night
