In the TOR timeline the rule of two does not exist yet. Darth Bane creates the rule of two after the new Sith Wars, the rule is designed to have one master and one apprentice, so 10 weaker Sith cannot rise up and defeat a Sith more powerful than any of those individual 10, thus weakening the power of the Sith as a whole. The rule of two has the master train an apprentice till said apprentice official challenges the master to a 1 on 1 duel. If the apprentice loses she was too weak to continue on the order and a new one is trained, if she defeats her master she has proven she is stronger and deserves to carry the Sith forward. The rule ASSURES ever generation is stronger than the last, which is why by the time of the Galactic Empire Darth Sidious is stronger than any Jedi in a one on one duel. Maul was trained outside the rule of two and not given full access to Sith power, and Tyranous's death in episode 3 was part of the plan to convert Anakain so he was destined to die the moment he took apprenticeship. For all the characters created in the line, most can be traced back to Bane, unfortunately not every generation has created characters to fill the gap but it goes something like this. My guess is the next 'GSF xpac in scope' is going to be either podracing or one, if not both of the common card games in SW lore. Sabaac or Pazaak. So I'm hoping to see what this xpac is announced soon. (2.8 maybe?)

I just want to point out that this game's cashshop system is FAR superior. It doesn't sell stats or endgame man and offhand components in the shop like LotRO, and this is coming from someone who played LotRO from launch through the Rohan xpac and has a lifetime sub to the game. I loved lotro but it's just gone down hill. To your other complaints, they sound very valid and I'm sorry your having issues subbing and connecting that really does suck

That looks more like a precursor to the Slave 1 type of ship to me, theres a bwing style ship in game already. The troopers ship. However I am not opposed to that ship being playable so ^.^

Trying to get all my toons the point of my slinger, unfortunately there's a lack of interest in raids for 78 set gear on most days besides designated raid days so been trying to find an Imperial guild to join to gear up my original toons... I personally can not wait for nightmare DF, even if i do plan to, or currently play other games on the side. I like TOR alot, more than i should probably.

Hello ^.^ So long story short I started playing at launch on Empire side but for various and unimportant reasons ended up raiding on republic side primarily. However, I really am starting to miss my older (and newer) Imperial characters and would like to get them to the point my republic characters are at. I've cleared 10/10 DF/DP HM on rep side. My imperial characters are as follows... all need a little work gear wise but that won't take too long. Leifa - Operative healer, best geared... 72s w/ a few 69s. Mostly jewellery needs work. Confident could do DF HM, most of palace. probably not council yet. Willing to relocate to new guild. Lithíum - MM Sniper, needs a little more work..most of my toons worst part is their jewellery, could probably do fortress not palace. Willing to temporarily legacy over a 78 barrel if needed. Not willing to relocate this toon out of my long time pvp guild but will play it. Cadenance - Pyropowertech, needs a decent amount of work..cant do HM DF/DP without some gear. Willing to relocate to new guild Ana'lithel - Sorcerer Healer, needs a tiny bit of work to do HM DF/DP jewellery mostly and some 72 mods. Willing to relocate to new guild. Rheavi - Assassin, tank or DPS. Needs alot of work regardless...not ideal candidate. Willing to relocate to new guild. I raid republic side Tuesday/Thursday and sometime Sunday evenings, Wednesdays would be ideal but free Fri/Sat/Monday usually unless things come up. (Nothing preplanned these days) Ill check this thread every few days or so. Thanks so much.

I see tons of male characters in the exposed chest trenchcoat, I dont see anyone in the extrovert armour. male or female, really. 95% of the stuff thats released w/ exposed skin looks like its from the skimpy male character gear thread, and the way the wrap around for the females chest goes for every toon most of this gear *not all* seems to be clearly designed prominently for male toons to wear.

Unfortunatly i like to go to makeb early on alts to speed up leveling, so not sure how to still let u start the main story without it being there.

The game sends you a mail specifically telling you that if you do this it will spoil the story of 1-50 for you. I get this on every toon I make. They do have a warning. Sorry you missed it though, that does really suck.

With the 'white eyes' you can kind of make an Echani, for what its worth. Ima prob do that

they r neutral cause they r lvl 50 default so they dont one shot the lvl 20+ doing the event when they just walk by

No, it actually isn't. Its a completely new event. I played the original. it is not the same and not even close to the same. Where people get the idea where this is a re release of an old event, I'll never know because it isn't. stop spreading false information,

I do expect the biggest content updates to coincide with major star wars media in other areas.

Kuat is well established in the lore, they didn't create it just for this game.
