  1. If they started, then i don' tknow, but if they haven't yet, then it can take up to 7 days, starting from the 24th.
  2. I'm at a lost, too. I've spoken to them on the phone, and submitted 3 tickets about this, and they didn't even reply. I even submitted a ticket about something else big, and they just FLAT OUT IGNORED ME. This is what BIOWARE CS does when they decide "we won't act on it", they just ignore you completely.

  4. I never received that email regarding the issue with CHANGING your location. So i never changed it till the 15th or sometime... so now i'm basically ****ed. Their CS sucks terribly, not to mention slacking. This whole transfer things was done poorly, and like many, i don't wonder into the forum on a daily basis, and since it seems that this is the only place they really give out important info, i'll just continue to miss out on all of it.

Galactic Support is our speciality… Sincerely, *********************** Still haven't heard from them again, most likely won't hear from them in the next week either, not untill i contact them YET AGAIN. I doubt they made a system that makes this whole transfer thing complicated, i mean that is what you're supposed to go for, right, something SIMPLE and EASY to use. So i seriously don't see how this can be SO complicated. REally pissed off!
  6. Acutally i can't see why so many people are freaking out about this event. 2k for a vaccine is NOTHING. If you are on a planet/location where you got infected, it means you are high enough to do quests and do PVP, both menthods are useful in getting cash, although sometimes it's not as much as it should be. Point being, people need to stop ************, secondly, if this sort of this happens on a RP server, i can sort of understand the whole "realism" thing, but if not, stop taking it so seriously. It's constant stupid crying like this that cause devs to nerf things that could have been left alone, or stop from doing things in the future, only to quell the cries of a minority. Oh big deal, you got sick once and died during a quest... you probably would have died sooner or later, and dying from the virus is inexcusable to say the least. No way that you'll convince anyone that you couldn't afford the vaccine... 2k... really? I'm not trying to offend anyone here, but to those complaining, You are complaining about insignificant things. At least you can guarantee that the next event won't be like this, at least bioware learns. So relax.
  7. Nice, lucky you! Hope i get something like that, from CS when they reply. @Raekor, i did read, or i would have if i received an email about it. I never saw it in server, or anywhere else that i needed to do that.

Instead of having this nonsense of changing location in your account, they should have made a normal form for this where everyone can access it, where you enter your info and based on that it says if you can or not. I mean, i really doubt any players created characters on US servers after the asian ones became available.... so there won't be many issues this way, at least not ones that won't be easily solved.
  9. Agreed. Acting like they have no control over something as simple as "account location" and if it wasn't changed back then, it can't be changed now... makes no sense to me either.
  10. I check my emails about every 5 minutes, and I am telling you now, I NEVER received such an email. Besides that, what's the big deal? Changing a location,... oh no... you didn't so now it's too late?
  11. Dude, I feel your pain. I didn't know I was supposed to change my location back in FEB, and I haven't received an email either, and I don't even have the Transfer link in my account. I contacted CS by email and was told "Be patient" when I know that isn't a good idea. Everyone i know of has already received their emails and can access this page for the transfers, except me, so it would be stupid to be "just patient". I called CS today and was told to put in another suppor ticket for this issue, and he will forward it to the department that handles this transfers/issues. Now I'm sorry, but I've been the two betas, one weekend and the one back in October, and i've been playing since the 15th, and been active subscriber. I meet the requirements and I refuse to take "oh that's bad luck," or "you were too late to get a free transfer," as an excuse.
  12. Okay, people are getting hung up on this thing way too much. You lose NOTHING by getting infected, yet so many complain for no valid reason, whatsoever. Its going to end onthe 24th, a little patience!
  13. Will the Rakghoul vendor be available after teh 24th, or will he go away when the event ends? I want to buy a crystal for my one character when i transfer it over,.
  14. I can't access the Character transfer section. It says Access denied, even though I more than qualify for it. Like the new forum, btw!
  15. I see that there are various opinions on what is best then. Someone else on in this section mentioned that the guide is outdated and doesn't apply anymore, or something. thanks
