I really have to ask, but do you guys TEST this crap out? I mean its been nothing but exploits and loopholes ever since release. What is wrong to opening a Closed Test environment and inviting a select few to test these patches out before release? Bugs could have been squashed months ago instead of live.

You are better off getting a barebones kit because those alienware cases are usually more difficult to build around. We can't really tell you what components to buy because we don't know your budget or what your preferences are. If you aren't familiar with PC building, I would just buy a complete system. Keep in mind if you do make your own custom, you will need windows install CD available.

Yes it is plenty difficult. Hardmode Ops really bring the efficiency out of you. Not to mention NiM ops which I havent even got near yet. I dont consider 1-65 the game, I consider after 65 the game, and between PVP and HM+ Ops, Plenty of challenges await. Skill required.

Its been another 24 hours and no communication from ANYONE. A simple, "Hey folks, we are still working on fixing this issue, we don't have a deadline but rest assured it is progressing." THAT sentence alone can help you guys look like movie stars in the Force Awakens. Its simple customer relations. Let me give you another example of "bad relations." The dupe bug, we all knew of it. Why did it take almost 2 months for this "bug" to get squashed, yet it only took 2 days for you to realize "HOLY S*** we have last years decos on a vendor! QUICK HOT FIX THIS NOW!" Really?....REALLY? I don't even wanna get into HK-55 over-hype that you guys thought it was. Gonna give you a simple acronym that will save you a headache in the future: PTR If you had a PTR up for testing that WE as a public can work on and help you with these issues, THIS issue could have been entirely avoided. There is no possible reason to NOT have a PTR. Patched notes are datamined well before you announce any patch so what *Spoilers* could you possibly have to hide? TL; DR TALK TO US! WE DESERVE AT LEAST THAT MUCH!
