My bank is not putting a hold on the card as it is a prepaid mastercard. I am also unable to purchase online either as when I do it gives me the error code NU2099 which means I can't purchase in game anyways since you need to have already made a purchase with the credit card. I can see why the people are going nuts in the announcement forum for this feature. It sucks.

I can't even BUY coins! Im getting Error 9

The title says most of what my issue is. With the new announcement I logged in to attempt to by 5500 CC for $20USD because of the deal for subs from Nov 1-30 on in game purchases. When I try to, it simply tells me there was an error, with error code 9. I will post a link to a screen cap. Can anyone, preferably a staff member, help me with my purchase?
