  1. I cant even get the weekly....its not on the terminal for me. I did it last Thursday. They need to make it shareable. Sucks that I cant even do the weekly this week.
  2. Easy fight. I fought him at a pillar and ran around it when he started to cast Resounding Blast. I had my healing companion out and used a presence buff. Also turned on the original Power Rangers Theme song. That helped a ton. Was the most epic. fight. ever.
  3. Guess CS is busy. Figured I'd hear something from Bioware's end. Too much to hope for I guess.
  4. While playing on my Jedi Knight, I noticed that when you hide your companion's head slot, the head slot is hidden but it reappears after you come out of a cut-scene and you have to turn off hide head slot and then turn it on again to hide it once more. Is this working as intended or a bug? I hope its a bug because its a pain to manually toggle it off then back on again for companions head slots to vanish.... here is my info. Any information regarding this issue would be great.
  5. I think it's funny how people want to buy in game Credits with real money. This game is the best MMO for getting money in little to no time at all. I played WoW for 2 years and was never rich. Doing 25 dailies in that game gave you roughly 300 gold a day. Not very much after paying for repairs lol. Gear on the Auction House for max level characters would cost 20k or more gold. With this game, you can literally make 750k a day just by doing dailies. Sometimes I make less but i always make at least 300 to 400k a day from all the dailies. If you want money do dailies for 5 days and by that time you should have at least 1.5 million credits. 5 more days and you should have 3 to 3.5 million. If you have more than 1 50, you should be making 600k a day at least. The dailies only take 3 hrs or so. Depending how fast you can do them. Stop being lazy. Bioware did a GREAT job with the currency in game and making it so much better than the system in WoW. It makes the game more accessible to new players and even casual players. Bioware needs to keep it as it is and NEVER change it.
  6. While I like the fact that EAWare is trying to improve the game by adding such features.....one feature would be GREATLY appreciated: A Hood Up/Down toggle function for Jedi/Sith chest pieces that have hoods attached to them. Many players want this and its STILL not in game yet....Sorry but Hood Toggle > Chat Bubbles + Facial Moods.
  7. My question is: With the introduction of new features and more quality of life features hitting the game, will we ever see a Hood Up/Down Option for Jedi/Sith Character Classes for the chest pieces that have hoods-up only versions of that armor? An example of one chest piece is the Mindful Guardian Elite Body Armor. A lot of players really want this but instead we get Facial Moods... :/
  8. Lol. True. But on my jedi Knight, Kira looks like shes gone dark side...even though she's not. It has to be some sort of bug..lol
  9. Why do companions have dark circles under their eyes in their character portraits? (The place it has their level and health bar and picture). It makes them look like they have dark side corruption. Is this a bug or intended? Its really stupid looking to be honest...
  10. 1000 wouldn't be crazy high if they priced 1000 coins at $5. Plus most people will have over 1000 cartel coins if they have played since launch.
  11. Silver color crystals. Silver color crystals. And more silver color crystals with all stats available. Low end. High end. Id love to see silver color crystals. Also, a pair of social gloves that look like cloth and are white. And Robes with hoods down that are white also. Its a dream but I really hope they add it to the Cash Shop.
  12. I would LOVE to see a Silver color crystal with all stats available. Id even pay 2,000 cartel tokens for it.
  13. Bump. How can people not want this? This was the most AWESOME crystal in KoToR 2.
  14. Recently, I have seen a lot of posts asking about putting the White Lightsaber Crystal in the Cash Shop once SWTOR goes F2P. Bioware says they want the White crystal to remain "rare" and "unique". Players say they don't want other players to get white crystals for real cash because they paid 2.5 million credits for theirs. I have a great solution to the problem. Instead of a White Lightsaber Crystal, Bioware can instead offer a Silver Lightsaber Crystal for all levels with all stats in the Cash shop for say....1000 to 1500 Cartel Tokens for the high end ones and 500 and lower for lower level crystals of that color. Also, Bioware can sell a schematic to make the Silver Lightsaber Crystal available in the Cartel Shop for 2000 Cartel Tokens, allowing artificers to make them after completing a medium sized quest chain that gets unlocked with the purchase of the schematic. Bioware can decide if the crystals made are BOE or BOP only. Either way it would be pretty neat. Even if the schematic is not offered, It allows players to get a variant of the White Crystal without it being the white crystal since Silver and White are two completely different colors. I feel this would make everyone happy and also make Bioware some money in the process.
  15. Depending on how it is implemented. Lord of the Rings Online housing is great, however if you are a new player, you are very very very limited on what kind of house you can buy. Want a big house? Sorry. Can't have it because they are all taken. Tried that game out and it was a big let down finding out I couldn't have a big house. Lol. But I will say that more events like the Rakghoul Plague and even holiday events would be a nice addition to this game. Even some mini games would be nice.
  16. By word of mouth? Seeing fleet chat in game? Everyone saying "GW2 is the PvP game of the year?" I play on Canderous Ordo and all the chat ever revolves around is the PvP content of this game and GW2. Maybe your server is different but I'm 90 percent sure that most of the servers are talking about GW2 in the same way.
  17. Basically my thoughts on what is wrong with the game is 1) PvP players are the majority of the community flaming the game, leading to it's loss in subs, even though the story content is great in my opinion. 2) Bioware needs to speed up content releases and listen to feedback from players (implementing features and stuff that players want) and respond more frequently, being more transparent but not entirely transparent. In a nutshell.
  18. I did see that. But talk is cheap. Action is what people need to see. I'm not flaming the game. I like the game. Just pointing out what the problems of this game are. I'm not saying they all need to waste time on the forums. But they need to have a group dedicated to forum feed back. Even if its 4 or 5 people. And they can easily do this during their off work hours or days off. Then they can talk about possibly implementing what players want and what the community deems important to make this game better.
  19. Yes GW2 has PvE as well as PvP, but a lot of players that are PvP'ers are the ones that will be leaving other games for Guild Wars 2 PvP. That was my point in talking about Guild Wars 2. I'd play the game because it looks fun but I won't play GW2 because most of the community for that game will be focused on PvP. The community makes a game what it is. Not what content the game has. Most* of the SW:ToR community claiming that this game is Fail and that it sucks is solely based on PvP content. That's the point I was trying to make. *Most as in meaning the Majority of players in this game but not all.
  20. I see a lot of hate towards this game and with the announcement of F2P coming this fall, a lot more people are saying "SWTOR IS DEAD! VIVA GW2!". This in itself makes no sense. For one, Guild Wars 2 is more geared towards a PvP audience. Most of the PvPers in this game and in other games (WoW, Rift, etc) will most likely quit for the PvP game of the year. So the real issue with this game and other MMOs is not the game itself, but the Community that is most prevalent in most MMOs today: The First Person Shooter, player vs player fans. A lot of the 10 year olds and even most adults now don't want an RPG experience. They want a Player vs player experience and NOTHING else. They expect each and every MMO to have the best PvP ever. The truth is, this game was made as a substitute for SW:KoToR 3. That's why I play this game. For the story. The ability to play as a Sith or Jedi. I've even made some gun using classes and the stories are great so far. The people that cry out for PvP and First person shooter style games cannot be pleased with any amount of story telling or innovation because they just want the "Pew pew I L33T! Yew is n00b! L2P Rofl XD" type of game play. Funny thing is that with PvP in the most hyped game that is mostly for PvP players, Yes GW2, the PvP content will be normalized. Which means there is no gear or anything to gain from PvP. No progression. Guild Wars 2 says that PvP in their game will put everyone at an equal level meaning your gear won't matter. So why are people complaining about PvP in this game that has gear progression? PvPers love to QQ when PvP gear is not in a game. So why hype GW2? Now besides the PvP crowd ruining MMOs in general, the one MAJOR thing that I do not like about this game is the lack of FEEDBACK and Information from the game DEVS. I played WoW for 2 years. It got boring because new content was not being added fast enough. Patch in January? Major content? Sweet. Wait 3 to 4 months for another update with more new stuff. That gets boring. And SW:ToR is failing miserably because the Designers and Devs refuse to comment on when content is coming out, what they plan on doing, and giving a time table. They are trying too hard to do what WoW does. That just wont cut it. It would be nice to see a major content patch every month. or even every 2 months. And by content I mean more Class Story, Companion stories, new types of Custom gear that makes you feel like you are in the SW universe. The Rakata gear and Campaign gear looks like it doesn't belong in the SW universe. I hope F2P will fix this issue. If EA (Bioware) does not speed up the rate at which new content gets put out and tested, people are going to get bored and leave. I also feel that the Devs need to get on the forums more and give more feedback to players on what they want in game. Example: There are tons of pages of players wanting SGR and Bioware "EA" gave the answer of "Its coming" but since then the community has heard nothing about it from the Devs since then. Another example is the Jedi Knight players. They want more robe type heavy armor with the hoods shown, but in the down position like in the movies and the option to put the hood up or down. There's plenty more good ideas that players have for what should be in the game. Bioware needs to listen and respond. This guessing and wondering from players won't do the game or the company any good. Players want transparency. I'm not saying release all the info about upcoming content, or giving away spoilers. IF Bioware has plans for expanded class stories. They could say "We are working on expanding upon class stories for each class. You can expect them to be on the PTR within the next month-month and a half, and on the live servers within a month after that." That would be better than saying "We got new story content, but uhhhh we don't know when it will be ready for live play :D" And keeping players in the dark. These issues are really the only problems with this game. Lack of communication and feed back from the Devs, and the PvP geared MMO community. No MMO will ever meet the expectations of PvP geared players unless they just do what most First person shooters do: They say "go online, pick your gun and kill everyone and anyone even yourself if you'd like. Have a blast! :D". Just my 2 cents on what the REAL issues of this game are.
  21. Im not talking ranked warzones...Im talking just regular warzones. It doesnt help that recruit gear gives me 12k hp and people in War hero and battle master hit me for 2k to 6k crits and gang up on me, stun locking me so I cant even fight back. Thats what is rediculous. Its not even a fair fight when I get to hit for 1k to 2.5k and people with the better gear in a regular warzone are hitting for insane amounts. Thats why there should be separate warzones for each tier.

    GvG sucks!

PvP as most of you "pvpers" call it, is nothing more than a Gear Vs Gear fight at this point. Therefore, I will refer to it as Gear vs Gear or GvG. GvG in this game is unfair to people wanting to get into Warzones and get Warzone coms. I don't get how Bioware expects people to kill other people in War Hero gear when they start out with Recruit gear, die a lot and get very few medals and very few coms per Warzone. Its not the dying that bugs me. Its the fact that you cannot get medals if you continuously die due to people outgearing you, which gives you a nice 0 coms or 45 to 60 coms per Warzone. Its ***** backwards and needs to be fair. Maybe have Warzones for newbies, battle masters and war heroes. Would make "PvP" a lot more enjoyable and less damn frustrating...
  23. I have a strange issue. If i walk near a group of mobs but do not engage in combat, my character auto targets them when I'm just walking by. I have Auto Target Nearest Enemy off, so I have no idea what is going on. Is this a bug? Or is there a fix for it? Any help would be appreciated!
