  1. I fixed my issue. Out of the list of available Tactical Flashpoints, Depths of Manaan was greyed out. Despite the system telling me that my daily reward was available with my current selections, since the Depths of Manaan was not able to accessed, I did not receive my daily reward. Once I completed the [sOLO] Flashpoint mission for Depths of Manaan, it became available in the filter for my Tactical Flashpoints. I was then able to get my daily rewards. The only Flashpoint that should be greyed out is The Black Talon. Even if the system says that your reward is available, if any of the other Flashpoints are greyed out, then you will not receive a daily reward.
  2. Any insights? I still don't know what's going on here...
  3. I am not getting any rewards for Random Group Finder. [WEEKLY] Searching for Allies does not complete. The daily reward is not greyed out. All Flashpoints are marked. Yet, I do not receive the daily rewards. Am I doing something wrong?
  4. Thank you for the free 30-days of game time. I recently re-subscribed specifically for patch 1.2 and was becoming disappointed that I would need to pay for another month just to experience it... then this happened... and suddenly there was
  5. As a Sorc healer who PUGs often... I'm often the only healer, and fodder.
  6. PvE is whatever... PVP on the other hand... yeh, don't press Consumption.
  7. As it currently stands, I already have a hard time healing in full Champ gear vs any Marauder with decent PVP gear. They nerf my heals... Operatives are also impossible to stop unless another healer is around me... They interrupt everything. I'm pretty sad that I spent so much time PVPing and acquiring healing PVP gear... since now I've swapped to Madness Hybrid. Ce La Vie. Healing in PVP, without backup, is a nightmare... after 1.2 it will be the same, unless you run out of force and need to Consume yourself, or you wanted a faster heal... IMHO Sorcs are really great at healing in PVE, but fail under pressure and are sub-par when compared to Mercs/Ops for healing. I'm sure Sorcs are fine on a well-balanced team, though. If you like to PUG, I wouldn't recommend the Sorc for healing since when you're focused, you're dead because you don't have any cool survival tools.
  8. Jeez, how is this thread allowed...? it has a spoiler directly in the thread title...
  9. I find that the quickest way for me to recover my companion after a battle is to dismiss them and then resummon them. The process takes ~2 seconds. The alternative method of using my recovery ability takes at least twice as long. If my companion dies, dismissing it and re-summoning it is still the fastest way. I realize that this is not significant, but since it exists, can we instead have an ability to heal our companion to full with a 1.5s cast time? It would make life much easier, thanks.
  10. I'm pretty sure that bumping is against the forum rules... *holds a handful of dust that used to be his posts that he had bumped*
  11. Ahh, so I was correct!!! It was because of CPU... and I had guessed it was mainly dual-core, because that's what I upgraded from and what I had the problem with... All those people yelling at me that it's not the CPU... bullocks I say! *pat self on back* Good job engineers! I hope you can adjust the game so that people with those systems can have a better experience.
  12. Why would you release this zone if it's not working as intended? You are rolling out 'fixes,' for Ilum at a rate that only breaks the planet in intervals... First we could AFK for valor... Now we have people trading kills and faction imbalance... I don't mind Ilum not working as intended, but people should not be getting the best rewards, and highest gain, for exploiting on Ilum. Please consider disabling this one zone until it's polished.
  13. That's not the point... the point is that people are exploiting the system to trade kills. If you're playing it as it's intended to be played then kudos... others aren't. The system needs to be fixed so that this type of exploiting cannot happen.
  14. Even people who are going from 1-40 on Ilum, this is broken... Even if a person gets one valor from Ilum, it's broken... Please remove Ilum PvP until it's working as intended. I am Valor Rank 48... I only did 3 days of Ilum dailies before the patch and I'm FAR behind those people who abused this broken planet since day one. The PvP planet rewards people for not PvPing... at least now you have to kill the enemy, but still people find a way to exploit it without PvPing... disable the zone until a fix is found.
  15. The OP is completely clueless... Since factions can speak to each other in /say and some people are too lazy to farm Warzones and get legit valor, then people will coordinate to AoE farm each other in large groups. WHEN THIS HAPPENS. The amount of valor gain far outweighs what can be obtained from legit Warzones. One person can get enough valor for one warzone in 10 kills, which can be accomplished under the right circumstances in under 2 minutes.
  16. I agree with your B) They should completely disable this zone and its' rewards until the zone is working as intended... If you agree please speak up.
  17. (until it's working as intended.) This is a request to please remove all PvP rewards from Ilum until it is completely WORKING AS INTENDED. Since launch, this PvP planet has been rewarding players for either NOT PvPing or Exploiting the Ilum system. This broken system on Ilum needs to be completely REMOVED OR DISABLED until it is fixed, and rewarding players for legitimate PvP. Thank you, and please consider this...
  18. < Imperial I win often... can't wait for brackets.
  19. How about we wait until the level 50 brackets before making any assumptions, thanks.
  20. LOL your medals more than make up for the MVP votes you get... let's see... I run in a PvP group with a tank and he gets medals while protecting me and ends with about +3-4 medals higher than me every game... give me a break and MVP your healers.
  21. I have an HD 6850 and I have zero lag issues without the new drivers. The problem is not video drivers... it's some other hardware problem. I'm not sure what it is but some hardware does not like the way SWTOR client works when many players are around. quad-core 3.6ghz(3.8ghz) AM3+ mobo DDR3 1600 8gb HD 6850 No lag in PvP and 25 fps on the fleet with 280 people. Some people have "higher" specs than I do but it also seems like they are running older 45nm processors. Then there are people having issues with really nice specs. I have zero issues. Try disabling any overclocking you have active. Also try disabling any core unlockers active. Other than that, if you're trying to play this game with anything slower than a 3.6ghz processor then you ARE going to have trouble. I'm afraid that they severely misrepresented the system specs required for fluid PVP combat, and any other activity where many players are around. After upgrading, my problems went away. That's all I can say.
