I just ran MW3 ultra settings an hour ago. Just tested skyrim, ultra settings 60+ fps For fun, wow on high settings on my pc gives 250 fps. On low it gives 400+ Why does it give under 20 for swtor on the lowest settings?, under 10 on high

I had an old 13inch macbook pro, with its bad integrated graphics. My PC is way beyond the minimum requirements, yet it couldnt handle this game. Got bored one day, bootcamped my macbook pro and was surprised to see it handle this game better than my custom built pc. I mean, this rig can run skyrim on ultra settings, yet it cant handle swtor on low settings? After 2 weeks of lagging out on the imperial fleet, I decided to test if it would be any different on my 2008 macbook pro 13 using bootcamp with win 7. I am now getting 60 fps on low, and 30 on high. I dont understand if its just me, or this game is somehow not optimized with windows, but its running fine using bad integrated graphics, yet choppy using the GTX 560.

No, On my first character, I saw most of the cutscenes. On my second, every quest I did before, I skipped, because I know the lore behind it. I never skipped class quests. Im pacing myself o.o. Play for several hours a day and then log off. I am in now way rushing. I just make sure there is a companion crafting or doing a mission at all times. Using the most efficient companions at all times, which is always the dps companions such as vette, risha, etc, and just making sure I dont skip the bonus kill quests. I rely on questing commendations for my gear. I give all my old gear to my companion, and I do the ship dailies for 10 minutes once a day for a free 30% exp boost. Word of advice. Dont bother with tanking and healing companions. They are overrated. A properly gear dps companion gets the job done if you are competent. As soon as you have access to one, the others can become your crafting slaves

Ull be annoyed at world pvp soon enough. There were just too many instances of pvp in hoth and alderaan. Litterally once per 5 minutes, I had to come across a player of the opposite faction or they came across me.

u rolled on empire, and be glad your even getting huttball, and not 30 min ques. It was extremely apparent that empire would be overpopulated, something I know you knew about given your extensive time here. If huttball was always republic vs empire, I guarantee there would be greater QQ on the fourms for que times. U expect them to have pvp ladders on day 1? That would be unfair to masses still leveling. Its not bugged, please explain these so called bugs, and if they are not game breaking then deal with it. I remember raiding during the MC days of wow. From that time to even icc in WOTLK, there were bugs in every raid encounter I faced. Twins in TOC?, Oh I can just detterence to avoid all their aoe damage and be invincible. Top guilds stacked certain classes, the voidwalker tanking early raids were patched in also. What you are expecting is just unreasonable, nothing can ever be error free on release.

Lol, GW2 hype is even more worse than the swtor hype. If you think that mmo will change the market, you are in for a rude awakening. Hype ruins first impressions, and people expected too many unreasonable expectations from this game at launch Playing GW2 at comic con, I can honestly say that the combat is not great, downright clunky atm, the only think they have going for them is their pvp, which still is unbalanced no matter what anyone says, play a guardian, shield sword spec. It will be fun balancing that class. It will be in the bargain bin by june if released in March.

I see tons of people, usually a low level, say that this game does not have endgame. Im scratching my head, ive been doing heroics with friends for the last couple of days. My guild started attempts on the vault, and we are planning to progress into nightmare mode. And with another extended raid coming out in a little over 2 weeks, I dont see the problem. Just cause this games does not have a system that can anonymously add you into a group for your free antisocial loot, does not mean this game does not have an endgame. join a nice guild. Have fun. It makes the difference.

I guess your one of those people who expected this to have super revolutionary features, such as swinging your arms in RL to make your character swing his lightsaber. People hate change. Its a proven fact. Every mmo that has released something new and different were shot in the foot because of it. Bioware did the right thing here.
