Hi all The colour coding of gear Is purple where its at ? So if you have exact same mods in both purple and orange, Purple is the one to go for ? Ditch the Orange ? Is there ever a time where you would ditch purple or orange for green ? higher rating ? cheers

Hi all Whats the big disadvantage of not partaking in PVP ? Not my thing - I like grouping and PVE, dont require PvP Can I still obtain high rated armour without PvP ? FIrst MMO so PvP was new for me - first tried it yesterday (at 50) Is there a sound strategy for building my gear up without PVP ? thanks

Hi all New to this type of gaming and enjoying the game for the most part However - at Level 40 - money is now a problem and its spoiling my experience a bit I tried CREW SKILLING early on in the game but was confused so gave it away - I can see that experienced MMO players have no issues and fair game to them ! Tried again from level 35 (had to change 2 crew skills, kept ARCH) and I have limped to the below as a SENTINEL Archaeology - 180 odd Artifice - 80 odd Underword T - 80 odd I have read plenty and understand the basics pretty well but cant truly understand the more in depth material I guess my real queries or points are this : I have no idea what to do with half the stuff that Comps come back with so just sell to a vendor for small amounts Because I have started Crew Skilling late I have no idea wether I should be sending them on certain level missions or just the latest level missions I have generally being sending them on level 10 to 16 missions so they bring back something I can at least make Should I be going to level 17 to 26 levels etc ? or even the higher one ? How does one know the actual recipe and the mission to choose for that recipe ? Do I need to do every mission available and just write down what they bring back ? and from there, buy extra material to make something so I can sell it ? Im guessing there are others out there that have my 3 skills making money I have all these new abilities that I cannot afford as what little money I have tends to go on repairs and if I hit 20 or 30k I try and buy an ability - its just a real struggle Im not big on the grouping in game - always feel like Im the one who doesnt know whats going on and tactics etc so I tend to keep away from it so money from that is out - at this level, not big numbers on the planets so grouping not that easy anyway - Im happy in 1 player mode for the most part I just want to get to 400 on each CS but on the way make use of what I have and actually understand what I am doing - rather than just go through motions Any ideas would be much appreciated as I also want to pass on the right information to my 9 year old twins who are sharing a copy - both just starting Thanks in advance - all the best

why ? Every 7 year old is diffrent - my 8 year old (just turned 8) plays .... we were both new to MMO ... I took 10 levels to understand the game and how MMO works, he about 15 or more ... Im at L 38 and hes at L 42 and hes cleaning up and understands etiquette amongst adults so cant agree - but can understand someone with little understanding thinking that

First MMO and loving it - can see what all the fuss is about now - add a Star Wars story to it and you have exceptional ! - took 20 levels to learn but it was worth it Anyone else having these issues ? As a Sentinel - My female comp wants to talk to me in private at the ship - go back - and she doesnt want to talk - weird - its almost like being married ...... Just Reached level 25 - and went through the speeder purchase - 40 and 8k etc QUESTION - why did my mate who is playing a Trooper only pay 25 and 8K ? he wasnt a BETA player - this is like 48 hours ago - I found that odd as it looks like most people pay 48 In your opinion is it worth looking for DATACRONS ? seems to take forever looking and quite often I dont make the grizzly gauntlet to arrive at the correct place or I choose the wrong Gauntlet - very time consuming - Im not one of these people that can spoil things for myself so I have to look for them the old fashion way (no cheating) and finally .... enjoy the game, seya out there maybe ....

Hi All Hoping some one can help New to MMOs and havent gamed sinced the late 90s but love the idea of roleplaying a Star Wars Storyline Very cool game - divorce is iminent Can I manage those quickslots at the bottom with my abilities ? Move them around or group them into speciifc areas ? Can I delete an ability in the quickslot ? Tried all sorts to move or send back to main abilities Pane without it being in Quickslot - would like to master that fast and finally The option whereby you have ability action que window time option - this defaults to 0.5 Is this the best bet or is 0.25 or even 0.75 a better option for new to MMO people - dont quite understand why you would have options there, why not the same for everyone ? my guess is, you will be fine - I am on the West Coast server and I am in New Zealand with no issues whatsoever - 3 of the 4 bars consistently - not too shabby for 20,000 miles
