I dislike much more, the people that quit in the middle because they decide the rest of the team is "bads". I never quit. Well, once I did. I was on the winning team in HB. We were just CRUSHing the other side. I mean, we were up 5 to zip in about 4 minutes. Then the rest of my team started just passing the ball around in the middle. The other side was screaming for us to just end it, and they would not. THAT go to my sense of "fair play". It was just cruel. So I quit a winning WZ. pvp ? Is it pretty much medal based ? more medals is name of the game ? if ya cant guard and ya cant heal will you always be behind the 8 Ball ? this is my first mmo so first pvping and my thoughts are: it seems to be more foucsed on individual honours rather than team ? no real incentive to win before medals ? I was in a match and before half time (well before), the team decided to sit on 1 node and defend for defender medals because we were outnumbered 8 v 6 why not challenge ya self and go hard for the win, your 2 best players maybe expected to take 2 people each kind of thing I would rather win than have medals but if medals are a high priority I understand why people do this but to sit there and wait to lose ......... sorry but that just doesnt sit right Does anyone have thoughts on advanced classes that cannot guard or heal hence they will always be disadvantaged in the medal hunt Appreciate your time in looking All the best

Gidday Guys Can someone answer my query please I understand I can rip mods out of black hole or rakata armour and put them into a more "pleasing" armour peice without the loss in stats (besides the bonus for rakata/columni) Does it matter if I use a purple piece or an orange piece ? or what matters is the mods inside ? Basically - can i pick armour pieces I like and throw mods in as I pls ? Also - in regards to Adaptive gear - I bought a set in HOTH - all orange - which got me thinking about orange and purple - throw mods into this adaptive set ? for the looks ? and same stats ? I have always gone with what was given to me and havent given a lot of thought to the look of things till now ...

level 37 and tried pvp for the first time (first mmo) pants down thrashed have now studied the maps and strategy do i partake in pvp with my pve gear until I earn enough WZ comms to buy a piece or 2 ? i cant see a way to buy pvp with just credits so Im guessing this is what you have to do until you earn Comms for pvp gear any help much appreciated

great sticky and great reply - 2 days of PvP (didnt try till 50 - first MMO so PvE was my focus) and Im getting the same 2 players ripping into me for not being sure of things, they dont deserve a reply as far as Im concerned. Im reading and Im playing but I cant makle miracles happen in 3 days, will get there, appreciate your help - and the sticky itself ..... If anyone can answer these queries, it would be much appreciated ..... 1. In Civil War, I was being called a retard for choosing the wrong speeder after a death but it looks to me that they end up at the same point or am I missing something ? 3 Areas, I believe they call them middle, grass and snow. So speeder choice taking you closer to where the action is, be it snow or grass, etc ? Didnt quite get that ... 2. Voidstar ..... It looked like a complete draw at 1 stage (twice) and the Imperial side took the cake .... does that sound right ? 3. I figure its a good thing to go for the opposition healer(s), but I find it difficult to distinguish who the healer is, is there a common way of knowing yourself, who the helaer(s) are ? Is it just a case of - he or she is a SAGE, so its likely he or she is a healer rather than a DPS (example) or hes a Commando, so its possible he or she is healer ? I found it really handy when it was marked by a team member but seems to be rare. I guess Im after a popular indicator that will help me mark them out (when not marked) ............ (I can see who is who in my team obviously - OP Frames) 4. Huttball - Is it a good strategy to have 1 team member at each end ? Last line of Defence and someone you can pass to for an easy run into goal or is that a bit of a lazy seagull attitude ? and the rest doing what they can all over the field, kind of thing 5. In general pvp terms ? when you have a team, where most do not know each other or are unfamiliar with each other ?, what would you consider a solid basic strategy. 1 leader, everyone follow his/her instruction ?
