I love this thread in concept, looks like it lost a good chunk of steam. I am one of those players that has dabbled in pvp for the last few years but would get tired and frustrated with most pugs. Done the pve thing and wanna go with pvp for the foreseeable future. While I feel like I'm not horrible, I know I could use significant improvement. Would love some tips or even a group I could run with to help me along. I'm on Harbinger and play assassin, but could also ply my jug, and/or PT.

Why not just put the old retired armor shells on the vendor. If you want old champion or rakata gear, then you can get them there. Tho that might also work on the legacy vendors, but putting them on the collector's edition vendor for credits and then on the CM for everyone else might just work out well for them.

I would like it because you never know when you are going to get stuck out in a blizzard on Hoth and need to hunker down. I seem to recall tauntauns make excellent sleeping bags in a pinch.

That is most definetly not true. Nobody can tell me what I get more enjoyment out of except for me. Think about it. How could anyone know my exact "satisfaction" I receive from consuming anything? This concept is basic in demand side economics. It applies here. I am the only one to is capable of determining if my $120 in cartel coins give me more utilitythat $120 on a new jacket or gadget. In your example you clearly value the armor purchase better, which is great for you. The problem arises when you assume everyone else shares your value of the coins or even the movie.
