Fascinating responses. Currently I have two Republic toons: a Jedi Consular (Sage) and a Trooper (Vanguard.) My only female companions are a mall rat (Nadia) and an uptight librarian (Elara.) All the humor and sex appeal of a road accident. Clearly I have to go to the dark side. OMW. See you there.

It just occurred to me that there is very little levity in this game. Wouldn't it be nice if your companion occasionally said something like, "I'm really getting sick of killing sand grubs, can't we find a beach somewhere and relax?" Even if a mob said, "Ouch! That hurts! I thought Jedi were supposed to be nice!" Just once, I'd like to see an NPC say, "Yeah, now you have to save the galaxy like those forty other guys ahead of you did earlier today." "Thank you for saving the lives of countless people, here's enough credits to count for about a nickel for each one." Even if your companion said, "OMG, look at this hat you gave me. I look like a drum major in a St. Patrick's Day parade." So please post your suggestions. Keep it clean, or the thread will get closed. If nothing else, it will make for amusing reading while we are standing around on Fleet.

I agree with OP. Lot's of fun and I will continue to play for a long time. Those are the good. The bad: my ship droid's voice. (Sell a mute mod at vendors and you will re-invigorate the economy.) The ugly: my hat. Oh, to have a fireman's hat, a welder's mask, anything but my Jedi Consular's Chapeau. I look like a deranged crossing guard. Ah well.

I have found through years of playing MMO's that gear-checkers tend not to be the kind of people with whom I enjoy spending my time.

Footsteps that sound metallic inside, and like you are walking on grass on Taris. The familiar light saber sounds and the explosions of battle. The sound of my ship. The voice acting. I am not an audiophile, but I have noticed the attention to sound detail more in this game than any other.
