I was in Group Finder for the 8m SM Operation Scum & Villainy, however once GF had assembled the right numbers, I was removed from the group with the system message " Your group finder invite has expired. You have been removed from the queue". I was on the selection screen for around 10 - 15 seconds before I received the message.

Update on the Ship Role in Game Update 2.8

While I could be politically correct with my first response, let me get this out of the way first. God-&^%$-damn-it. Not only have you postponed this ship class indefinitely, you also removed it from the roadmap, so no release in 2014. Nice try to throw a bone with the 2 last ships, that's all we need in the maps, more gunships and bombers with the same abilities that are already available in game. Now with that out of the way, I want to say thank you for giving us pilots this information, it may not be what we / I want to hear, but it's honest. -
Just want to let the developers know that I came from a unranked arena match that was 5 vs 4. Something you might want to look into. I have a screenshot to prove it if requested.

Does this also mean that the GSF content intended for 2.8 has also been pushed back?

Are you currently looking into creating tactical versions of the classical Flashpoints, ie. The Foundry, Mandalorian Raiders, etc. or making the queue system first select players based on role and if that doesn't shorten queues then grabbing the first 4 players available? Are tactical Operations now off the Wall of Crazy and in development? If not, why and what would it take, design-wise to make that happen? How difficult was is to make the current system of tactical flashpoints, and what further enhancements would you like to make to these types of flashpoints that you were unable to implement on launch.

Yahriel checking in... Ya the testing was a blast, only two matches but they both went to the time limit. Both sides were good about trading kills in TDM and we left 1 satellite open in Domination so the players had ample time to try out the new ships. My republic characters don't have much requisition so I didn't get to fly the new ships but I had a fun time anyway. Meet some really nice people. Lets do this again next weekend Maybe we can get the imperial side involved more.

This is due to the lock-on functioning a bit differently than a player's lock-on. We'll get this fixed in an upcoming patch! Everyone needs to stop with these pie-in-the-sky ideas of stealth for the various classes that are already available. To quote a Producer, "June 10th: Game Update 2.8 Nightmare Mode Dread Palace Operation New ships and an entirely new Ship Role for Galactic Starfighter And much more… this is going to be the biggest update up to this point - we will reveal more once we are a bit closer to June" I have bold the important part, so just calm down and wait for the new class to be added. http://www.swtor.com/blog/producers-road-map-2014

"but its pay to win at its worst." After looking through my hanger on my main character and another hanger that I haven't unlocked any ships on I still fail to see where you get this "pay to win" attitude. You have to realize that there are many pilots that have been playing since Dec. Even if those pilots start another character with a basic hanger they still have all the knowledge and expertise from all the previous matches.

I would like to see some visual indication on the UI as to what secondary weapon is currently equipped. This would be very helpful when zoomed in. A few quick switches with the secondary and I am unclear as to which railgun is active.

Under "Battle", category "Miscellaneous" is the points for Technician & Expert: Technician supposed to be 0? I have also found under "Matches Played", category "Wins Ship" the Bomber category is also 0

Does anyone know why the preview window for the Imperial FI-02 paint job doesn't reflect what is applied to the ship?It looks like a F-T2 Quell but with extra wings? Is there something I am missing or is a a graphical error?

I too would like to see the default set to medals earned. -
Once pilots learn how to escape-and-evade the lock on won't be an issue.

I was looking over the GTN recently and I thought about how the Cartel adaptive armors might have ruined the Armormech & Synthweaving crafting for players. Bring back the old armors as schematics for the respective crafting professions.
