err how do you figure that out? Even in mostly 27 gear I can't even hit 22k health buffed. If you are thinkking of the poorly itemised gear then yes i agree with you, hitting 24k with the god awful BH would be doable.

Very simply put, this is what people were dreading when f2p was announced. -No way to get this in-game outside of opening your wallet -spending hours grinding credits You can shave a wookie many times, you can only skin them once.Believe it or not, not everything has to be profit focussed. I can understand them putting it on the cartel market for lazy chumps with disposeable income. I can understand them putting it on the cartel market for people to GTN or buy off the GTN I can't understand them not releasing a nice simple event like the GAR and we can spend a week having fun with our guildies and get the gear if we choose to do it this way. I ahve the disposeable income to buy these packs, I refuse to pay that fat ***** anymore money for something that really should have been ingame.

With my completely limited MMO experience I have seen the following things happen when it came to expansions and gear resetting.Keep in mind this is from one game (wow) and my epxerience peoples miliage will vary. Burning crusade- I was a new player at this time having hit 60 a month or so before it hit. I really didn't have too many issues leveling, I did hit some hard points initially but after a few quests had enough hellfire pen gear to get me through zanagr and further into outland. My GM at the time had it abit easier but was facing the heartbreak of replacing most of his raid gear by lvl 67 or so. Wrath- I actually started this expac pretty strongly (based on server standards) with a mix of Tier5 and tier 6 gear. Most of it lasted till quite late as I had a JC to replace gems as I leveled up my profs, Walked into naxx still with my 2 piece tier 6 and ended up replacing with tier 7. Had friends in better guilds that actually didnt change out a single piece of gear bar weapons till they started raiding.Note on leveling my rogue, my MH glaive actually lasted all the way into nax and was replaced in their, not cause of awesomeness or epeen, more to the Mh **** weap speed. Cata- Total gear reset. replacing a legendary with a lv 83 blue was heart breaking. My tier 10 barely lasted till 83 and was replaced with blues and greens quickly.Was fantastic for alts, defintely not fun for mains.Its one advantage is it puts everyone on equal footing but in a real world, people who can dedicate time to raiding can obviously dedicate more time to leveling and will stil hit cap faster than joe bloggs. Out of the 3 paths Bioware can choose from I'm hoping they go for BC method. Rewards raiders with keeping most of their gear longer, gives lesser geared players a good step up.

I really don't give a damn if someone wants to play a half vampire sith from the moons of yavin 4 thats fighting against the evil emperor but is part of the jedi order due to an old family feud. I honestly dislike the way Rage plays in pve, 1 GCD every 10 seconds shines, the rest are "*** am i doing?" damagewise. Not to say it can't put out good numbers I just find my personal preference is for the sustained dps that doesn't spike as much. Where rage really shines is on the following sort of fights. -Fights with adds -2 target fights that are close together (none that i can think of) As for set bonuses thats really somethign of personal and on a fight to fight basis thing. 2pce mara pve- average. 2pce jugg pve- hot hot hot 4-pce Jugg pvp- abit above average (saber throw hits pretty hard for a rage gen) 2pce pvp- Situationally average, overall pretty poor because you ahve healers. 4pce- pvp very fight dependant (id say quite good for HM TFB Asto gear. remove all crit from your gear. Stack power and surge. Rotation is easy -Smash. 4 stacks of sing,force charge buff -Vicious throw --force crush/enrage/choke -ravage -mini jump move that does damage (nfi what the imp version is) -force scream -sundering strike. -saber throw -white swing equiv

Personally I'd like to see VA do the following. -CLass quests -Main planet quests. Anything else can be handled by terminals/datapds/quest items/area quests.

Why are you bothering to rank a specs dps in pvp? we all know its about burst as sustained pressure only exists in ranked some of the time. Most of the time its CC the healer, swap to dps, swap back to healer

That would be a nice change, I'd prefer more upfront scaling in preference to more damage over time. Problem is focus already has a talent that does this in regards to bladestorm. The increase on DoT's would be nice but it could cause problems with some funky focus/vigi hybrids (theory only). Safest bet would be to add surge bonus to master strike as it's one of our cornerstones. Would be nice.Would prefer minimum range on leap removed/reduced or CD reduced but ill take a speed boost. Another would be nice but the odds are we will come out of a CC chain and just get globalled before using it. Could also be too potent with yet another focus hybrid and could be just too potent overall. Had minimal impact on pve at best, the tree does suffer from pve utility (we dont bring anything another guardian spec) wouldn't this be a good spot to slot in something?

Sooner or later we will get a response so get my time machine ready. That being said it will be an empty nothing statement that prates on about how great F2P was for us and how we don't need xfers/merges. Then they will sit on it for another 6 months before doing anything. God i'm a pessimistic bastard, but It only get better than that right?

How can you mess up a spec you can play on a N64 controller?

This is purely anecdotal here. By way higher, how much higher? 200 dps? 500 dps? Ops dummies are a terible way to gauge personal dps, Any fight with multiple execute phases is going to favor vigi as you spend more time dispatching with 90%+ crit. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy playing lolsweep aswell but every spec has its time and place.Flat out saying 1 spec is better than another without proof is like me saying the sky is orange.

Not the best guideline to be using there. I really don't see how 1 overbuffed sweep + masterstrike can equal 3 dots ticking,a masterstrike and an OS. You really should be parsing higher with vigi on anything but writing terror and maybe dreadguards if your cheesing meters with splash damage.

Errr tanks in wow have had their moments in the sun in the past specifically blood DK's and prot pallies. And i ahd to lol at your " i'll just kill your healer" comment. Trying to solo a tank healer combo is always going to end in pain (for you) if they have half a clue.The healer could probably end up soloing you with chain taunt and guards.

I really hope bubble stun doesn't get nerf, it actually makes sages a pain to kill instead of a free HK. That being said the bubble is pretty easy to counter.
