  1. assassin hybrids got nerfed yes buyt their 31point builds are still strong. Sorc 31point builds are pathetic and from a competitive pov sorcs will be a very unloved class where assassins will still shine. not to mention when assassin hybrids got nerfed their other abilities got some buffs
  2. a group of marourders (spelling fail) or bh was a lot more deadly than a group of sorcs/sages. sorcs are just a lot more obvious for 2 reasons. 1) the "HEY IM OVER HERE" lightning making them very visible + the slow 2) they take longer to kill you so you are more aware they are there being burst down in a matter of seconds by maros and bh combos ppl always seem to forget more than the long slow anoying death at the hands of 2 sorcs
  3. They really have gone out of their way to destroy the hybrid build. Yet at the same time offered nothing in return. All this has done is made an already weak class vs melee a free kill. really am wondering tho.. how the **** did assassins avoid the nerf bat.. really? Or is BW going to do the same super tactic that Blizz has "there is q on the forums.. we must pander to it" Really not looking forward to 1.2 with this. and any chance at doing something usefull in rated wz has gone completely out the window. No burst, minimal control, no survivability and no ability to kite. Why take a sorc at all?

    4v4 wouldnt work purely because of the size of the maps really. one dead person would mean insta wipe on the team almost and still wouldnt solve the issue of healers a few healers on one team isnt bad really. remember if they have 2 healers and you dont you have more dps. if you can isolate them (cc one) you should be able to burst the other down pretty fast. also your idea on fixing number classes per team is nice but just wouldnt work really due to the issue making it work and potential queue times
  5. the bold part. any good sorc/sage on any server will be ripped a new hle almost instantly. myself and a few guildies are target priority in most wz due to the havok we can cause. but then you get other teams with fools liek the one above who will allow me to free cast and nuke the crap out of anything i want. and when im running in a full dps glass cannon spec its more fool them.
  6. i guess the fact i play premde organised pvp is lost on a random useless pugger like yourself. if your solo harrasing a healer you wont get anywhere as you dont have the energy upkeep to kil them after the burst and they will just /lol at you. if your allowing that sorc to free cast then spam aoe in CL, death field dot spread and keep cc up your really bad. Your in a thread claiming how OP sorcs are yet you do nothing about them at all. also seems like your knowledge of your own class and what you should be doing with it is massivly wrong. but then your probably the kind who fills a ball carriers resolve bar up before he even reaches a fire jet in hutball.
  7. whats funnier is he says this like a sorc always has cc breaker available.. in that case your whole team needs a dose of l2p if a sorc has been freecasting for 2mins with no cc

  9. so you have identified the issue.. yet you continue to do the same thing.. break a blind spect bubble.. maybe you should re evaluate your own play rather than criticising others here. whats even funnier is your biggest damage dealers come from stealth which your wasting and blowing into a bubble.. then complain they are not squishy
  10. so how does being dragged from stealth into a battle your going to be doing limited damage output due to energy burn help your team? please answer that i would love to hear an answer here. you also seem to assume that pking off weak targets isnt a "team"strategy. while your busy failing around in the middle your stealthers should be moving to location and making good passing optiosn/cap options whilst removing the weakest oposition form the fight. not just jumping in rnadomly because "im in the team now"
  11. massivly incorrect. if as a stealth class you are not picking of the weakest players you are TERRIBLE!!! (as you so aptly like to shout) the whole point of a stealth class is to lock someone down or burst them from stealth. not randomly attack random targets which seems to be what you are constantly implying
  12. so instead of just ccing them from stealth you break the bubble eat a blind (which blinds every other player on your team close) and still allow them to get where they are going.. sounds like a good plan you have there. or did you not know cc doesnt break the bubble... hmm nvm yeh ok your obviously superb right? your attitude is also pathetic. especially considering your so completely clueless.

  14. low lvl it should own most and most classes dont have the talents or skills to deal with them properly. later on youl find it harder. especially when ppl realise your squishy and fairly easy to kill
  15. actually i do. Ive player a 50 op probably longer and better than you do. But hell il bite.. here are you "super utility talents" you have at lvl 14.. wanna see this huge list... dark heal dark infusion (both about 10% of force pool per cast) lightning strike (lol) static barrier shock force lightning (50% slow for 3secs on a 6sec cd.. and has to be channeled) 2 ccs. one breaks on damage and has a cast time of 2 seconds other instant 4 second stun sprint.. erm.. thats it... thats all you have and frankly.. your not getting much else either. now if your going to continue to claim that there is better than what a lvl50 op can do you really are bad. incredibly bad. at this level if you heal you oof in seconds due to bolster damage and not having the talents to cope with it. your damaging attacks are left to a light hitting spammer and a fl filler when you can. all you have is a bubble and a sprint. the bubble you dont even have reduced cd on and the sprint you cant talent for reduced cd. as said above. sorcs have the best baseline talents in game. but thats it. it doesnt get much better. compared to every other class that builds and gets a hell of a lot stronger as they level. so again.. my first post first line.. still stands strong here.
  16. thats all fine an all but a good op/scoundrel would never open on a sage/sorc with bubble up for that reason. let someone else break it. also not all sorcs/sages take a full cc spec. depending on your role in your premade you will see a lot of what may seem odd builds.

    the number doesnt relate to player on opposite team. it relates to the number assigned to the marker icon. if i remember right 7 is fire 8 is target ect so as long as your good at switching target it goes really fast
  18. if your claiming a lvl 14 sorcs has more utility than a 50 op you clearly cant play an OP. simple fact right there. Cry fallacy all you want but at lvl14 a sorcs utility is terrible. You cant even reach the utility talents in the tree until level 21. at 14 you cant reach imp barrier, reduced knockback, wrath, spamable fl, you have limited healing which results in a huge force munch and wont even have enough points in dark infusion to make it useful. i suggest you go and learn to play your OP properly and claiming fallacies when what you post is nothing but garbage. your response also proves my initial point from my first post

    can mark players by doing /M(number) i just fast type /m7 /m8 /m6 on targets.. 3 marked players in less than 2 seconds
  20. lolwhat? your seriously claiming force lightning does high damage? it does 3k (if your lucky) and has to be channeled for 3seconds... not to mention force lightning is just a big "HEY LOOK IM OVER HERE!!" signal. if a sorc can kill you with force lightning alone you need to stop afking

    high valour just means more time played in wz (or exploiting in ilum) and has no reflection on skill. several "war heroes" on my server wouldn't know what a cc was if it slapped them in the face with a giant fish. what they should do is allow the ability for all players to mark targets and the issue is resolved.. but then any good player will shout healer names in chat anyway for them to be marked and if not people will latch onto them. might also mention that the people not attacking healers will still continue to ignore them even with a big "attack me im a healer" sign on their heads
  22. ok genius so you just blew all your ccs and escapes in one move.. now you come back to heal and everything on cd.. now what do you do? all the other healers have a less punishing resource mechanic so can burst heal through it aswell as a knockback which operatives dont have.

    why is this the only class without a knockback? trying to pvp as a pre 50 healer if anything melee even gets close you may as well give up as you cant get rid of them. Please tell me it gets better.. and sprout **** about a 2min cd vanish as that wont really help either
  24. from a healing pov yeh sorcs are ott. bioware has already mentioned this themself but thats why pvp is getting healing debuffs added in. i do expect a nerf to overall sorc/sage healing output to bring back into balance with other healing specs but it wont be in the bubble. sorcs/sage healers are say.. the swtor disc priest. i cant make any assumtion on where the heal nerf comes from but it will come somewhere
  25. smuggs pre nerf were hitting way more than 5.5k. there are plenty of vids showing it. if they were only hiting 5.5k the nerf wouldn't have been so harsh on them. also as for once per 2mins. most operatives who are good will find lower hp players to burn down then insta restealth once combat breaks. unless they changed it if nobody else tags the op as soon as target dies they are combat free again
