There is nothing I want more than the Imperial soldier armor. I'd absolutely love to look like a deadly soldier of the imperial military running ops. Please let us wear some of the awesome grunt armor! -
I just don't get why, of all the social armors, the imperial trooper is the only one to get locked away in the collector's edition vault. There needs to be a way to get it, i'd gladly sink as many credits as required to find a way to get it. I want to use this armor so bad, and i'm super depressed all the other armors are so bad in comparison.

Do we use Cull on cooldown in these rotations or do you need to always wait for weakening blast? I've been using it on cooldown more or less, but I can't seem to find anyone talking about it. This is for PVE of course.
