  1. Appreciate the info! Been thinking about a shadow, but I'd feel so cheap having two stealthy classes to pvp with. My only comment is that healers never need to die, they just need to be made ineffective. Killing them only makes you have to go find them when they respawn.
  2. Is there a consensus on the best in ranged interrupts? Gunslinger?
  3. Currently playing as a sawbones/pvp healer. When we have enough heals, I play as a sawbones/healer annoyer. Don't feel as effective as I might otherwise on a class with more interrupts though. So for my 2nd alt, I want the ultimate scourge of Imp healers. Thoughts? Vanguard? Guardian? Shadow?

That's not a bad spec, but I would change to the following: http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#701MffbzGoRzcZZGbMkM.1 What I took away: Kolto Cloud - It's so situational, and really not energy efficient or time efficient. As an "oh crap" skill its quite lack-luster, considering it takes 15s to get the full effect of the heal. Most people are dead by then. Sedatives - Honestly, you use Tranq so seldom when it REALLY matters (since both you and the mob have to be out of combat) which is useless for boss fights etc. Survivors Scars - Which gives a 6% healing bonus (see explanation of what I added) What I added: Nothing terribly useful EXCEPT Street Tough, which IMO is HUGE for energy regen. It lowers the cooldown of pugnacity AND it adds an energy return component (free 10 energy) when activated. For a bonus, you also get Shrap Bomb (which is great for metal-getting in PVP) and a CD on Dirty Kick (for when the tank forgets that little mob who desperately wants to be your friend). With this build, you can spam MORE heals, which is why I feel its okay to sacrifice the 6% bonus and the mediocre AOE heal.
  5. This doesn't help my sage, but it may give us hope. My main is a Scoundrel and whenever our Upper Hand procs off our HoT (SRMP), the character giggles. You may have been running around with a healing Smug (unlikely, given our current status of "OPness") and heard random giggling. That's what that is. About 3 weeks ago, took about half an hour running through an Op with our Ops leader going WHO KEEPS DOING THAT?! for me to pick up on it. Really a nice feature. Would love to see it added to sage abilities since its such a proc-based class.

  7. The point is, thats inaccurate. If you keep pugnacity up (especially if you have the power return talented for it), I can spam UM+EMP and even throw in Triage every 3rd spam or so, all day and actually have to use hots to make my energy drop. I also talent 23/0/18, because Shrap Bomb + Fighting Spirit = great energy return when pvp healing. Energy is NEVER an issue, I think I've popped Cool Head twice when healing in the last week and thats because i'm trying to heal everybody AND steal my kb for the medal at the same time.
  8. Wow, seriously? I almost NEVER die in pvp, between dodge, defense screen, disappear, hots, and emp < 30%, its ridiculous how long I can kite - by the time I need my CDs, they're all up again. Nor do I run out of energy - certainly not more than every 2m. Lrn2manage energy efficiently? I don't even know what to say other than ./boggle Edit to add: I also don't need to go to a corner and cut myself to boost my healing numbers. I take great pleasure in finding these little MVP-cheaters and hotting them constantly.

    It's fantastic. Who knew all the imp 50s on Ajunta Pall were so bad. Pubs are rollin'em.
