I agree with everything thats being said! However, I have said it before and I will say it again, why the class nerfs bfore the bug fixes? My guilides and friends are way more heated up over not being able to finish a hard or nightmare operation because of stupid, fail bugs than being stabbed in the back by an operative. Before you say it, i have quite a few battlemasters in my guild. We pvp a lot. There was a need for a nerf or a closer look at the operative, but BioWare needs to focus on bug fixes before they start worrying about nerfing classes. So BioWare fix the bugs before you "fix" the classes!

I have tried to stay away from the forums since the nerf news. So, this morning I decided to take a peek. This thread did have some QQ in it, but It is well deserved QQ. I am going to break it down in a format that BW might read. God knows they have ignored all our posts before. 1) I play a healing OP and even in beta we asked for a boost to our AOE heal. (Mind you, I use that term loosely.) I read the patch notes..fixing a sniper problem. That is all! Really.. 2) There is a huge freaking difference between our love swarm aoe heal than the Sorcs love puddle heal. I mean heal that is gtaoe, but continues to heal while its on the ground. Even the BH gets a little more love with their puddle aoe. We even had threads about this in beta..did you fix or address it? Nope, you didnt and still haven't! 3) With all the bugs in this game, and they already start nerfing classes. I know a lot more players who want to rage quit because of the bugs, then because they get stabbed in the back by an operative. I mean to not be able to finish a hard mode op because the third boss is bugged or the last boss didnt drop loot and they go and nerf a class instead of fixing serious issues! PRIORITIZE BIOWARE!!! 4) I chose the Operative Medic because I knew it was a challenge, hoping to be rewarded for it. Nope the easy mode sorc healers get all the glory and we get looked at as second rate healers. I know my class inside and out. I am very good at my operative, but very tired of fighting a losing battle. Operative is the least played healer because it actually takes skill and finesse..the sorc is easy peasy healing with huge over-blown numbers. Oh and before you say it, I have played both classes and I know what I am talking about. /rant off

First of all, there is a lot of crying by folks who haven't even logged in yet. Second, why should people be banned for using the tools this patch has given them? A rollback I could see, but not banning. If the republic or imperials don't want to be farmed, then they shouldn't go out there until the situation is resolved. That will stop some of the valor farming. Obviously Bioware has read this forum thread and they know if they don't fix it they will become the big joke of the gaming community thus ensuring games like GW2 and Tera online have a fighting chance when they are released this year. Breathe people...breathe!

I use it more in pvp. However, on raid nights where I have 4 melee raiders I cast it on them at full energy, and by the time the gcd is up, I am usually back at full and continue keepimg on tham along with the kp's. It doesn't have the same burst healing effect as the Inquisitors "love puddle" but it does help. Since ours is aoe around the person we cast it on, it can be useful when you have those melee raiders huddled up behind a boss. Very situational, but it helps in a pinch. Needs tweaking big time. It needs to heal for more per tick. I do like that it's an instant cast.

I am really not sure about this class. I love that it is the most difficult healing class to play of the three. We should be rewarded for the difficulty of this class instead of being looked at as the red headed step-child of the healers. During beta I realized the sorcs were the easy mode healers, so I chose something that took a little more thought than spamming heals/ bubble mindlessly. Stupidly thinking we would be amazing in our own right at end game. Boy was I wrong. Our aoe heal proves that it was an aferthought. Along with the rest of the class. I love my operative, (believe it or not). We just need some tweaks and a little buff to our aoe heal and energy situation as mentioned before. I do very well as my operative, but I am tired of being compared to the sorcs in a bad light. Bioware give us the good stuff..even a little taste would be fine.
