This guy cracks me up. One day we were playing Voidstar and we are doing well. I am on Lucille, plant 1st door, lower bridge, get across to other side and far door and im planting and he sends me a whiper: "Nice Job, you shouldn't take that lightly, coming from me thats something" I just laughed because it was SOOO completely absurd. As if He was the arbiter of who's got game and who doesnt. And of course now he's here with his "Scale" to tell us all what's what. So patently ridiculous. As for War Machine. I have my sniper in that guild. It hasn't been a PVP guild since a ton of members left for Disconnect because they wanted a focus on Ranked PVP. A lot still PVP, but not ranked and rarely even in a 4 man group. Mostly solo Q'ers and duo Q'ers. I am in the guild because a few friends were there and gave me someone to chat and do dailies with. (And they're nice people always willing to give each other a hand with things ...) On a side note, that tag under your name means absolutely nothing to me. I get comments from guys in Deadweight who i've never even heard of. (And lets be honest Deadweight isnt half the talent Afflicted was ...) They say things like "You suck , youre in War Machine". But if I suck so bad why did I just put you on your face? Stop measuring everything by the guild. Half these guys in these guilds are just along for the ride because they wanna sport that fancy guild tag. It gives them a sense of pride they cannot achieve on their mediocre own.

Huttball is all messed up. There is a bug that allows a point to be scored somehow when the ball is nowhere near the goal. Yesterday I joined a losing match (4-0) and I played for about 2 minutes and somehow killing 1 or 2 guys near our goalline was worth 15k defender points in seconds. (Didn't even know there was a 15k diamond medal for defending) I've also seen at least 3-4 instances of being a Frog Dog and it showing the score as I am a Rotworm. (Really confused me when I joined another in progress, thought we were down 5-0, common occurrence when joining a match in progress. Only to realize we won the damn game @ the end because of this glitch) Civil War is bugged now. Imps vs Imps now put Imps on the Pub ship & we get the Pub announcement and not the Imp on Imp Simulation announcement. There are all kinds of bugs in PVP.

As the guy who inevitably ends up with the thankless job of solo guarding the Snow Turret or the Voidstar door no one is attacking I have to vehemently object. I am already taking one for the team by bypassing all the fun and doing the thankless work of watching our captured position. Now you want to take whatever medals I do get because you want to end the turret camping that happens when the random PUG is getting creamed by the Premade. So instead of selflessly going to Snow to cap and defend while everyone else gets to have fun @ Mid I would then just go to Mid to fight as I have no real incentive to camp @ Snow. If I am to get 0 medals, which would translate into Zero XP, Zero credits & Zero WZ Comms then I am not going to defend. It really is that simple ...

I just wish I could opt out of Ops Leader. It's no fun being the captain of a clownshoes operation. Better to let someone else try to lead the random PUG.

Are the two mutually exclusive in your world? Can someone report the bug ( Like i did) then come to the forum to see if it's a known issue. I'm glad this post was started. Let me know I wasn't the only one this hit. Instead of crying about perfectly valid posts did you think to just keep your opinions to yourself?

I agree with the OP 100%. It's an issue that needs addressing now. I used to enjoy PVP, even if we were getting ground up by the same Premade over and over. At least we were getting some compensation for our time. Now it's just a tedious grind. And I dont know about you but I dont pay good hard earned money for something tedious. I just move on and find something enjoyable. So please fix this issue before everyone "moves on" and something that has so much promise dies.

The ONLY reason I logged back in was to finish my daily since I was @ 2/3. (Had probably went 2 for 16 when I took a break) That certainly wouldn't be the norm. Even if I was getting steamrolled by the servers resident premade I still would keep requeuing because I was at least collecting valor and Comm's. And am I to understand that credits and XP were nerfed as well? (I am not sure, that's an actual ?) Just seems like I was all jazzed up for PVP right up until 1.2 when things took an odd turn towards the tedious.

Had this happen to me during a couple of WZ's. It just totally deflates your aspirations and doesnt make you want to re queue. Especially when you are placed against the same premade who just steamrolled you while you're paired up with the gang that cant shoot straight. You're only going to let them farm you so long before you just quit because there is literally no reward in it. And this mechanism does nothing but exacerbate the problem when the steamrollers will be gearing up quicker and giving them an even bigger edge in the near future. Someone didn't think this change through.

So a bunch of other guys carried you to some rewards because you're a horrible teammate? And somehow that's carebear? I can assure you carrying your dead weight is far from carebear.

TOTALLY against this nonsense. So now I am to grind any $$ by supplementing my PVP with PVE? Pass. I've had enough PVE leveling 2 50's and the only reason I stay is to PVP with my assassin. So now I won't get any $$ for WZ's? Good luck with all that ...

I'm torn. On one hand PVP will now be more accessible. That's a great thing. On the other hand while I was grinding towards my PVP goals the PVE peeps were grinding towards theirs. So if I wanna tag along in their games I have to have the proper gear or else I don't get invited to the party. However they can get invited to my party by just queuing up for a WZ. I dont mind as I need more peeps for PVP. However now they get access to my gear for Credits while I don't get access to their gear with credits, which would allow me to participate in their high end content. Seems there isn't an equitable distribution of access here.

Not complaining. Don't really care since I get Champ Tokens but I have probably opened 60 bags and I still haven't received one single piece of gear. Again I dont care but I was really starting to wonder if there were anything in those bags other than the Cent / Champ tokens and credits.

Crafting is crafting. Its not PVE, its not PVP. Ergo the acquisition of Bio Alloy shouldn't be pigeonholed into PVE. At worst make it Bind On Equip. If it MUST be PVE then make it for sale. LOL @ Armor Decay. Does anyone even care about this pittance? I didn't think it was a big deal leveling up my first 50 which was PVE the entire way. (Wanted to see a class quest story & get the feel of the game play before dipping my toe in PVP waters)
