made my ticket on 7th of dec for the roll back still no word i think the support staff are on winter holidays this week try again next week Wednesday

looks like a DDos attack is effecting the launcher or a bad patch on launcher

and yet they still not answered the support ticket and did post they were working on helping the people that got hit by it in last week live stream

it been over a week since The Harbinger server had a roll back and some of us still are waiting on are support tickets . when will bioware/swtor support answer us ? last time i had a problem i got a answer in under 2 days but not this time we just get nothing.

i was doing story line 4.0 and got 100% of it gone 6+ hrs of gaming + all my GTN items and all my mail and was knocked back to 9 CP after earning up to a wopping 11cp total so why was i hit by the roll back im still wondering that and Bio ware has not said ship yet

Servers are still rolled back and GTN item and Mail are still Gone

Mail and GTN got nuked its all empty ... we will have to see what the fix is

well its going to take a few hrs or longer this is a mega bug not seen GTN nuked before or mail one fix is to roll back to yesterday save server and give every one a day of double exp but thats not going to make every one feel better about the lost

don't blame bioware bugs happen just wished they did a open beta were the bugs could be smashed before they hit live

well as long as it takes the roll nuked GTN of every item and nuked the mail
