Most likely didn't really check (90% sure), the new servers were shown earlier in the day you can tell which because they were offline was looking through the US servers which alternate a bit of PvP and PvE servers so I would say the same for EU.

7th over here hoping my amazon preorder comes in before the 19th since they are shipping on the 15th

Just found this out this is great news probably able to get my order earlier compared to my actual early access date guess/estimate(one day)
