It would be great to have devs publicly jump in game and run contests. Example: On Jedi Covenant this month I've been periodically been running a "Numbers Game" contest for one minute at a time where if you guess the exact number you win 1 million credits, otherwise the closest guess wins 100k credits. So far, I've distributed 3.6 million credits and it has taken world chats that were either nasty or just JAWA'ing away and made them happy and productive again So far, I've been running and rerunning important numbers for scifi fans, 42, 47, 1701, 451, I need to mix it up a little now that I've posted what the only 4 answers actually are but you get the idea.

I'm finding conflicting opinions on Need/Greed/Disassemble with opinions about two options, but I haven't found any dev comments on official statements on the following order question Need > Greed > Disassemble or Need > Greed = Disassemble Does anyone know where some official information is on this or could a dev respond with the answer please?

The latter. There are other ways that are quicker with OCR, but I find mindless data entry of the same list day after day to be sort of relaxing
-
It takes about an hour and a half, previously I was doing it daily, I've switched to every other day now - which has of course eaten into the rate I gain, but at a certain point that really ceases to matter.

I've been tracking GTN prices since Jan 11th 2015 and use the following sheet to make 1-6 million credits a day on between 500k and 1 million credits daily investments. I just started a new sheet for 3.1.1 and posting here for anyone who is interested in the economy. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1hNQtEokymstya3NqcaoYb45PYyjNXQ61pRDlckZo7rg/edit?usp=sharing

INFO and LIST of SWTOR Podcasts (Why read when you can Listen?)

Aside from the Unnamed podcast which is down to rare updates and Corellian Run which I stopped listening to over half a year ago due to being unrelentingly negative, what podcasts are still active? -
BUG Inquisitor Class Mission Belsavis "Prison Break" bugged
Jobeleca replied to JMullane's topic in Bug Reports
the solution was to conduct the fights about 15m from where I planted the relay. Even though nothing attacked the relay during fights, I'm guessing AOEs by the mobs were killing it. -
BUG Inquisitor Class Mission Belsavis "Prison Break" bugged
Jobeleca replied to JMullane's topic in Bug Reports
I'm running into the same bug now, when I reported it the only response (other than the useless auto-one) is that he had thought the issue was resolved a long time ago and that I should just try leveling some more and do it again. With the limited time 12x XP on class missions this is an unacceptable response. Yes, I am under level for the planet, however I had 2 lvl55s with me to kill mobs rapidly and we've tried the same mission after 3 patches without success. It's not a matter of not killing the mobs in time before they can kill the item you drop, the item simply despawns without ever being attacked and doesn't mark the missing item as successfully defended and thus the mission cannot be completed. -
I enjoy going through class stories multiple times while picking different options, but on Makeb everyone is doing the same thing without variation.
-
"Only Republic can purchase, but can be worn by Empire" Also requires Champion standing on Makeb, so not only do you have to be 50+ you have to do endless grinding for it. I second putting a Beret on the cartel market, it's the only headgear that I want for my Agent.

Can we get an update? I know the list has been whittled down further. -
There one tactic I didn't find a good listing for yet. The open space manned turret scout. Everyone sees a motionless target, comes screaming towards me like they're going to kill a gunship... but I'm not a gunship, I'm a scout with quad cannons, cluster missiles, and attitude.
-
Probably because we keep killing you time after time and you don't get a chance to damage us.

Can we limit the mouse movement when using multiple monitors?
Jobeleca replied to illgot's topic in Galactic Starfighter
Nice, I've been having the same problem. -
There are definitely very easy and effective counters, but most people play like they're brain dead. I like dogfighting and am good at it, but when playing kuat drive yards I'll go to point C and the most effective tactic is to park my Sting, equipped with boosted quad cannons and cluster missiles and nail each person as they come around the girder, it rarely takes me more than 2 seconds to kill anyone by doing that, and nearly everyone is heading straight into me, making aiming dead easy. I fully agree that by going full stop you should lose all evasion. The easy counters: 1) Fly in pairs - and not side by side as by now people have their ships geared up to do AOE damage. 2) Fly as if you're doing one approach, then boost and go for a completely different approach. 3) Don't hop over the girder and fly directly at me to get the kill, boost over me and go to the far side of the satellite. For god sake's don't fly a gunship into the C area of Kuat, that's equal to committing suicide, you can barely move, you can barely turn, you have a paper hull, and you can't use your main gun.
