Some folks have a harder time with keybinds than they do a separate device which is why I mentioned it.

LOL I actually click and have to KB turn due to fact I have a severe form of arthritis. But while the elites like to label me bad I tend to get top 3 or 4 usually and top charts for medals a lot more than I guess I should as a mouth breathing KB Turning clicker. Before I got this I was always a big keybinder and mouse turned. I think everyone should try keybinding (or use a naga or G13) as it will help your reaction times but if you just cant do it then don't fear the labels, just play whichever way you feel the best at and learn to play smarter.

How do you like Veng at 55? I am really loving mine at 53. I honestly just feel like I am able to better help. I will more than likely switch him to immortal at 55 too. I do love my 53 vanguard tank.

Don't know if it helps any but at home I have 50mb cable and at work I have the same. My home system though is a self built gaming rig. I get no lag on it. My work system has similar processor but a workstation (dell) graphics (quadro) and I get lag a lot on it. I have 8 gb ram at work and 16 at home. I would look at your graphics card difference to between the machines. You can also try a defrag which might help. There was also someone who mentioned deleting the diskcachearena file in the swtor directory helped them (its the virtual drive for the game) but I don't know and you might want to search out and see.

ya referring to metrics. On shadowlands last night there was still more than 2 instance on several plants 20 at one point on makeb and 2 full on fleet. It seems busier but then you could be right cause at launch I wasn't paying much attention due to trying to level lol.

I really miss the appearance tab. Bioware could make a killing by adding the appearance tab then selling appearance gear like LOTRO did.

Just curious though were you running lighting madness or a hybrid? I love dps on my sorc but I always tend to respec heals so we have a healer.

Lol I wasn't, just stating a correlation between matches I have seen with hugh dps and low kill count due to healers. That is why I said its still impressive dps. I know for fact even for ***** and giggles I could never get that high cause I am too anal about objectives to do it even if I possessed the skill to do so.

It will get you in the door but once they fix the system your still going to need to grind out the new gear to stay competitive. It hopefully will never be as bad as recruit vs EWH was though. At least I think that is the goal from what the devs had said.

I think everyone was bothered by it man so don't sweat it. I just tend to have a broader and more optimistic view and see a lot of benefit in this system if they can get it fixed. Even the recruit gear burnt folks who were already 50. Almost every pvp change has hurt folks. It sucked to finally get battlemaster on a toon to only find out it was nigh worthless when next set came out or the the maxed merc comms I had on a char who hit 50 right as they made them worthless. These are why I hope this system works cause in the future they can easily readjust the values of gears to keep you competitive while you grind new set.

You can also do the weapon rotation where you buy up pvp weapons with comms and turn them in to get comms back when you max. pre 2.0 I was able to get ewh weapon and all my wh gear doing this when I hit 50. I recommend a timer running so you don't miss the turn in and eat 10 weapons lol.

Nice damage. I have seen similar numbers with similar low amount of kills but not that high dps wise. I am more a medals kinda of person and worry less about my dps but that is still some serious dpsing

The system changed, they could have left it alone and then you would have been fodder until you could regrind new gear. At least this way you got gear that will carry ya thru grind to new gear. Only place the change is going to hurt is open world pvp.

I am not even great pvper and I could stunlock someone with my operative and your dead before you get up unless your getting heals. Back before 2.0 I ran with another op and we simply went from person to person killing them easily. With the changes ops and scoundrels have had a decent dps increase so it will be worse if we have the old system. For awhile it was fun but soon you realized it made you lazy and less skilled. But that isn't even what is so bad, there are a lot of good teams who focus fire so its just not one stun it 2 or 3. At least now you have a chance to survive long enough to get some heals if your not geared out. I would say to folks to wait and see what happens after Tuesday patch. It will be a good indicator if the system can be fixed and make most of the folks happy or if it needs to be re-evaluated.

I honestly don't lag at all even on fleet, I pretty much stay at 33 to 43 latenzy. Only time I ever lagged was back when questionable things were occurring in the warzones before certain folks started disappearing from the game. The current servers even at standard have a higher user count than the servers did at launch so don't get confused by the terms standard or heavy its based on how many are on based on max server can handle.

It would for sure slow things down but it would make things fairer.

Ya he is male all the way. A guildie had a female pub character who did the romance with the lady and kept telling me to not try but I got a flirt option on my scoundrel so I was determined to get me some kisses hehe. Has anyone managed to get anywhere with either sex on the pub side with the cathar that gives the heroic quest out I think in first or second area. she is in the tent. I haven't gotten any place with my male chars even though I had the flirt option. I am thinking maybe she is the specific girl-girl romance but don't have my female pub toons high enough to tell.

I am sure you do, wasn't aware of who was healing only that some of the folks I could kill easily but he always got full quick. Wasn't in any way meant as a insult just amazing job healing his maurader.

F2P can use the guild chat function but to be honest, not sure about custom channel, will have to check tonight.

if they are smart they are not standing near the turret if they are solo guarding, which you really shouldn't do since 2.0 due to TTK for someone solo. Best way is to send two stealth, one just saps while other one caps.

As someone who hasn't done ranked yet, I would agree with your list. I tend to base things on how well individual members do in reg matches and these guys all tend to have good players who I enjoy back filling with. Course now if you end up without a healer your in for a lot of pain. I played a few matches on my tank and my operative with 2 healers each side where the high kill count for either team was 8 lol that was some fun
