I am nearly alwaysn a tank, and I go by the rule "you pull it, you tank it." I will move when I'm ready, and if you pull mobs before I am ready, good luck with them. I always tell those "gogogo" groups "If I'm not going fast enough, feel free to get back in queue and wait for a new tank".

I totally understand that. I am on an IT team for a multinational company (network technician). All I'm trying to say is that this week has been rough, for both BioWare and the players, but they have to work within the timeframes their bosses set, and that is hte way the corporate world works. You do what the bosses (EA) say. Bioware has been good about compensating players for time lost, just give them a little while longer to set it straight. If, in 1 week, nothing has been sorted out, then I will join your voice in discontent.

You are truly insulted that they would rather fix problems than let them go until next week? I understand that you may want to play during prime time, but BioWare has been good about giving the gamers back the time they lost for free. Just give them a chance. If there isn't an adequate explanation or deal for the fans soon, then I would say complain. I have been playing MMOs for a VERY long time, this is not abnormal nor unexpected.

Understandable. I disagree, as WoW is just a race to max level so you can grind raids/bgs. SWTOR was fun at lvl 1

That's amazing. WoW's peak for me was Sunwell. So, let's see where SWTOR's peak is before we start passing out trophies.

Class Quests. Tons of fun and are rather engaging Plus, we have a creative and very funny community: can you make sword in box light sword so sword come out when opened? then if sword is back after sword, use light saber on box, and saber will be boxed after sword is out. The Devs are in fire.

So you are enjoying WoW.... calling SWTOR a WoW clone.... and not enjoying SWTOR..... I'm confused. Also, if you enjoy WoW and not SWTOR.... why are you here?

I disagree. Legacy gear made in the way the OP is requesting would completely kill any pre-endgame pvp (as it has in another MMO that uses a similar system). This game starts at level 1 and it goes by almost too quickly already. I enjoy randomly jumping into pvp while questing and everyone in their legacy oragnes would totally stomp anyone new to the game. The bolster feature would not make their gear on par with someone in full legacy gear. At least the current setup makes it a huge credit or time sink to get the gear, which is appropriate for the quality of the items received.

Actually, I prefer the same server model. With the server transfers going on, it works well to keep a decent community on your server. You like someone you played with? You can friend them and join their guild. Someone you played with was a complete jerk and needed every drop? You can place him on ignore, tell your guild and friends to do the same, and eventually he will face the consequence of having no one to play with, thus improving the social atmosphere on your server. +1 to same server lfg.
