Alright PSU ordered, hopefully that was the issue, thanks to everyone for the replies

You lost me on the rails, everything is hooked up directly do the PSU based on what the tags say "Little black tags that say This goes to your CD Drives, this to your MOBO this to your HDD etc" the only..extension is the PSU is not made for the case I have more or less. Its meant to be a top mount PSU and this tower has bottom mount, so I had to buy an extension for one of the MOBO connectors. But ok I'll buy a new PSU, and if it needs to be lower wattage then it should cost less which is good

Oh I forgot to mention. When I built my computer a week later Vista gave me crap about needing a Verification code cause it was the same HDD but different components, so I just upgraded to Windows 7. So the computer now runs on 7 and has for a year or so. Sorry An OEM version of Windows 7

Hmm yea it might be the PSU, recently [last week] I got on the comp, was on it for 5 minutes talking on YIM and posting something on my FB and the comp just hard shut down, booting back up a couple seconds later. A couple hours later it froze

I'm having no luck with a computer problem and decided to try here, I also posted this in Non-Tor discussion. So it starts off with Starcraft 2..really. I had bought a nice Windows Vista computer some years ago, but when SC2 was coming out I needed a better Video Card so I bought a EVGA NvDia GeForce 295 as well as a Rosewill 950w PSU and put them both in the case, it was a tight fit and tbh wasnt a good idea, but it worked. Year or so later the PSU [i'm guessing] shorts out and I replace it with another Rosewill. But I figure it was too packed in so I just left the case open with the PSU sitting outside, wasnt the best idea but what I had at the time. So I get a job/money and decide to make my own computer with a friend. We buy a Cooler Master tower, a AsRock Extreme4 P67 MOBO some new RAM and an i5 Processor, keeping my Power Supply, HDD, Disk Drive and Card. The build goes well. no problems but a few months down the road my 295 just..stops working. I turn the comp on one day and get a blank screen and the computer beeps out a "No display card detected" code. So I replace the card [Which we hooked up to another computer and it was still dead] with a Msi TwinFrozr GeForce Ti560. Works but I start to notice some odd things. Every few weeks while the comp is on the screen would turn off [Monitor still on] then come back up and a "Kernel crashed" or w/e message would pop up. And from there it just got worse. Soon little green squares would appear on the screen that would go away if I alt tabbed my current window. But every couple of months the screen would just freeze with a wierd patchwork of green squares on the screen. It always happened when playing my MMORPG The Old Republic. But once it happened it wouldnt happen again for a couple months. Then the video card turning on and off with the Kernel crashed message started up again. So I said enough is enough and sent the card in for refurb and bought a replacement MSI card. Within a week that card started to **** up. So I went on Newegg and saw quite a few people were having t he same trouble with the MSI card as I was. though not 100% similar so I said I'll just get a EVGA version. Looked on Newegg and it got good reviews Put in the EVGA 560 TI and it worked ok...for a couple months then one day while just sitting on the desktop the screen freezes [though no squares] and static starts coming thru my speakers. I reset, and 5 minutes in it does it again. Reset, works for a few hours then freezes once again... the first time it froze 06 would pop up on my Mobo. 06 according to my manuel is "Microcode Loading" or something but thats a startup code. It could be D6 which is "No card detected". So I send the EVGA in for refurb and put my MSI refurb back in [Was sitting in my closet wrapped up until now]. Now that one [been a couple weeks] is now freezing with 06 on the MOBO, except this one isnt doing static. I'm at my wits end here. I switched what slot the Card is in but even that doesnt work. Also sometimes when it freezes my keyboard will shut off [The light turns off]. But each time my monitor will still be on just frozen. Please note this doesnt always happen on TOR, most of the time now it happens on the desktop or when running something.

No one has seen other heroics or quest for the missing Chesplate /Helm?

So from a JG standpoint, I've done quests that reward the "Heavy Hollinium" orange moddable set [sets differ between profs etc] so far I've gotten the Belt, Gloves, Greaves and Feet. Anyone seen what quest gives the chestplate/helmet? Final Shroud mission gives the greaves, heroics on Makeb give the rest but done all of them and havent seen chesplate or helm.

Nope I looked both Rakata and "Underworld" give the exact same boosts. thats why it doesnt make sense to me

So I never do Ops, never really wanted to but I got a hankering today. I went into it with a Pre 2.0 "Rakata Set Bonus" all my stuff had Basic [66] Mods and Enhancments with Campaign Armoring for the set bonus [Minus the chestplate with has a Basic 66 Armoring so I was rocking 4/5 4 Piece set Bonus, so I do my first Op Terror From Beyond, was SO much fun. I even got a Unassembled Arkanian Footwear from it, so I was like sweet now I can upgrade my boots to better mods/armoring....and then the BS happened. I got the boots [Arkanian War Leader or w/e its called] put them on and..saw my 4 piece set bonus just went to a 3 piece. Check the boots and I was at a 1 Piece for "Underworld Set Bonus"...now *** is this crap. Why is it saying they are two different set bonuses? I check its the Underworld Set Bonus and Rakata are the exact same for Set Bonus for 2 and 4. Thats total bull so now unless I wanna have just a 2 piece set bonus I have to keep these boots in storage till I get more?

Correct me if I'm wrong but could that [Artifact] be re'ed into Expert or Overkill versions? If so it would be far superior to any of the other pieces

And just by the nots and a Dev response tonights patch will "Increase the yields from 400+ Missions" however in a earlier Dev post it was stated that Hollinium and Perfect Carbon Crystal were being "looked into"

I'll admit I know NOTHING about game development or management. But seriously, how hard is it to remove Hollinium and Perfect Carbon Crystals? Patch 2.0.1 now increases the amount of materals we get for missions...so does that mean EVEN MORE of these useless [As far as I know] materials? Why are these materals not being removed in 2.0.1. Oh and naturally they cant remove a simple material, but adding a new Cartel Pack sure is simple enough

So am I to understand that patch 2.0.1 will NOT remove Perfect Carbonic Crystals and Hollinium? Its not in the patch notes and the BW post says they were "Looking into correcting the following issues"

Interesting, I'm curious if that was for an eventual return either in game or in book form. Or if BW simply wanted to add some mystery with no real plan to continue Revans story

So on the Republic side you rescue Revan from Maelstrom Prison, then on Empire side you track down Revan and attack him. You find out he is making a droid army with the sole purpose of wiping out anyone with even a hint of Sith Blood. To me that sounds like genocide and not something a Jedi would do. Also when you "finish" Revan he says "And now I know how you felt in the end, old friend" in which he is referring [i think] to Malek when he died on the Star Forge. Then Revan vanishes in a flash of light much like the Emperor in TOR and ROTJ. So in the end had Revan fallen back to the Dark Side? And a 2nd question. Do you think Revan is dead, or did he simply use the force to vanish.

Hi I'm looking for a guild for my JG, JC, Smuggler and Trooper on Republic side [Empire side as well would be a bonus]. I'm a RP'er but dont want a guild that JUST does RP, would like a good all around guild. Something I can just "play the game with". I play alot and always willing to help if needed. So for Alderaan World Bosses a "Shellback Nerf" is listed, looked up on Google..and I swear I killed this thing. The Area 4 on Alderaan you fight one dont you? A big Nerf with cannons on its back? Or is it a new one. I hope its a new one cause the Area 4 isnt repeatable.

Pre 2.0 Fleet Comms would get you Grade 6,7,8 Crafting Materials, was good if you needed that one Energy Matrix or w/e and couldnt run an Op. But now with 2.0 and Grade 9/10 materials part of the endgame, can we get an update to add Grade 9/10 Crafting Material Boxes to the Fleet Starship Vendor?

These 2 social items are listed on the Achievement Outfit list, but where are they from? Makeb or a future event?

Ok having looked around a bit I saw a Dev reply saying it was bugged and is fixed in 2.0. Phew. I thought I was starting to suck

So a couple months ago I started doing the Weekly "Heroic" space missions. Using a guide I did the easiest ones. Was hard at first but once I got the hang of it I could breeze thru them. Up to a week ago however that just suddenly changed. New Cov, the Space station assault etc. All of them are very hard to complete for me now. My ship seems to take more damage, I seem to do less damage and I'm unable to complete some objectives cause I simply dont seem to put out as much damage, I used to never have a problem with these and now suddenly I am? Am I just having a bad streak or was something changed and/or broke? I have all Grade 7 Parts and Abilities.

So I dont wanna start up my good computer just to try and log into TOR and it not work and shut the computer back down. I was having the crash to desktop on the splash screen.
