  1. Haven't been able to confirm anything about another expansion, but they have stated in the livestream that new uprisings will be released as early as Jan
  2. And then there's this... http://massivelyop.com/2016/12/16/massively-ops-best-of-2016-awards-worst-mmo-business-model-2016/
  3. Most of the things I found to be improvements have already been listed, but I just wanted to thank you for making this post. Nice to see someone focusing on the positives, as opposed to just the steady stream of complaints that seem to inundate the forums.
  4. Thanks for understanding what I was trying to say Tsillah. It's hard to understand some of the constant negativity I see expressed in the forums, and in game as well. My only interest is in making this game, which I believe is incredible, even better. So many people point out only the things they dislike, without even acknowledging the amazing things that they do enjoy. I hope that as a community, we can express ourselves better, so that our voices are heard more clearly, and we can actually inspire some positive changes.
  5. Houston here. Interested in partnering with people who want to create content (streaming, podcast, etc) for SWTOR. Please PM me
  6. Saw that they announced new Uprisings in the livestream, but I didn't know that there were already plans for another expansion. Thanks Aussie!
  7. SWTOR Development team, I know you all don't respond to many messages on this forum, but I am hoping you will make some time for my post. The current development and business model for SWTOR does not suggest any sort of long term investment in the game from Bioware/EA. The gutting of the development staff, the lack of a new class after 5 years, and the failure to address the dying servers in any fashion certainly suggests that the game is in decline, as opposed to moving forward. The failure to capitalize on the revitalized interest in Star Wars created by the new films is disappointing to say the least. Is there ANY information or news you can share with us to give us some reassurance that the game will continue? Is there a 5 year plan in place, or even a 1 year plan? I'm not asking for details of such a plan, just knowing that one exists would be comforting. I truly enjoyed KOTET and eagerly await future chapters and proposed uprisings. Is there anything we as players can do to advocate for SWTOR to Bioware/EA? I have played since launch. I continue to maintain my subscription to help fuel the game and show my support. I would journey to a Cantina event, if one happens near my area. I post actively, though what feels like futilely, on the forums. I'm not sure what else as a player I can do. This is my favorite game of any genre of all time, and I have been an avid gamer since the Atari 2600. It is such a superior MMO to anything else out there, that it is heartbreaking to consider that it may not outlive its competition. Any response would be greatly appreciated.
  8. The day we stop reporting on things like this, we may as well all unsubscribe. Their level of response is completely unacceptable. I truly love this game and have been a sub since launch, but I think I may be at the end of my rope with the level of support provided by EA, and even the responsiveness of the SWTOR community reps. They still haven't even responded to what happened other than, "We're investigating."
  9. More this. I'm still waiting on a reply for information regarding the content creator support system. The public face of your customer support needs a makeover Bioware
  10. You haven't even explained what the "issue" was yet... More information would be appreciated, as this cost many of us hours of playtime
  11. I was halfway through Alderaan Star Fortress, and got rolled back hours... And not even a system notification from Bioware, ***
  12. I completely second this idea. I understand one of the challenges is that characters start off completely Grey. You could set a minimum number of interactions that must need to be completed before a character can lock in their Grey status and go from there.
  13. No offense, but with the resources available to maintain and progress the game, I hope none would be spent on this.
