Good read on the problems. Very well written. I initially came to SWTOR for pve with a side of pvp to spice it up. Eventually, I ended up pvping the majority of the time. Although SWTOR has its pvp problems, I think i'm going to stick with them and support their development team in hopefully addressing the issues and creating a rich experience as Rated WZs and other content unfolds (1.2 and beyond). Definitely understand the OP's concerns, much luck in your endeavors man.

*bump I have less problems with people leaving early before the Warzone starts rather than during / mid. Usually, people entering midwarzone tend to follow suit and leave immediately. Rated Warzones and Deserter buff would help a lot, but then again I only see myself doing random warzones for the daily/weekly and sticking to guild rated warzones at that point for the remainder.

PVP Community, Looking for epic dueling across the SWTOR servers to record and feature in a swtor pvp video site coming up. If you know of some of the best and most creative duelers on your realm, please inbox and I will be able to record for the purpose of expanding the pvp community for this game. Here is an example of what I'm going for in regards to recording: I will roll additional toons to create/edit the battles. May the force be with you.

It may be ability specific? I know when I use Project on my sage, its always an auto knock-off in ilum and other open world territories. Any confirmations?

Operatives seem fine to me --- from a healers perspective. They still have a large burst --- but it is still managable to heal through and evade them after the inital knockdown. Leave them be :-D
