  1. Infil\deception was one of the weakest pvp specs for ages, with only a few very good ones out there. Pyros\assaut have enjoyed OP railshots since 1.3? ish and aoe smash is still out of control. I figure i have at least 6 more months of spamming maul, i'll enjoy every one of them, especially the 10k+s on sage/sorcs

Trophy room to display guild Operation achievements - a small souvenir from each boss would be sweet Also ability to hang guild designed banners My wall of crazy would included GvG ship battles with players manning turrets, fighters, bombers, transports etc then landing players on guild ships to capture something like a databank or guild sigil that would give some type of comms/rep to buy vanity gear.

  4. Yeah i logged into Dalborra a few times today, both morning and arvo had less than 30 people. Only at 8pm has republic got over 70 while imps are at 120+. Of course 50pvp is still bugged so after 2 empty huttball matches i was done. Go watch some tv i spose.
  5. Atrummos is correct. Dalborra 50 pvp has been badly bugged for the last few weeks. Each day i log in, run 2 empty huttball matches for daily then muck around on alts. EA/Bioware seem intent on killing off APAC servers, judging by obvious declining numbers, at this they excel.
  6. So i queue solo and wait the usual 20mins for a pop (MERGE APAC SERVERS!) and find myself alone on the Civil War map. Triple cap, wait it out, gg.

  8. Yes please remove this turn-in requirement. I have the same issue as mentioned and it sucks. I liked my WH power surge enhancement but the EWH power alacrity one is rubbish for a shadow.

    7 man warzones

    The majority of warzones I played today had 7. People would leave and the warzone would shutdown. Painful
  10. So i started the launcher up this morning, downloaded the patch but then said there was an error and i had to repair. Did the scan, need to fix 42 files. Looks like it wants to download an 11gb file.   11. +1 for server merge, we need it asap, but not looking forward to getting pwned by midian again! Actually i'd just be happy to have a few teams to play ranked with.
  12. Exactly that, scripted walkers/tanks slowly going to opposite teams base. Players protect their own while defeating the enemy waves. Simple but lots of tactical choices. I've seen some excellent, detailed versions of this idea over the last 8-9 months but like so many TOR subscribers they have slowly drifted away to be forgotten.

    DPS Mercs.

    I had a commando as my main since launch, using gunnery for pve (and raids) and pvp as the grav stacks could inflict massive damage. Once this bug was fixed I tried assault(pyro) for a few weeks but could not do much damage or stay alive long enough to be any use. So my full battlemaster commando was shelved and i re-rolled one of those damned annoying shadows that kept pwning me every match. Haven't played the commando since, i just can't find a reason to. Lets hope with some changes I will want to play it again. BTW Kript and Chasity are the ONLY good merc/mandos i've seen on my server and gosh there are a lot, usually just cheap kills for me, and everyone else.
  14. Just like everyone else has said, once EA took over Bioware the games just haven't been the same - ie good. After a break I hope they get back into it and make games like they used to - ie epic!

  16. We had 120ish on Dalborra fleet last night which was great. Got a couple of ranked games (very rare) and only ~5min waits between regular wz pops. I just wish i could have the non-stop pvp of gw2 in swtor. Maybe f2p will bring in more people but wz limits may affect that too. 30 on fleet is a joke, i feel sorry for you guys. Besides merging all 3 servers or pulling the plug and transferring us back to US servers, what else can they do?
  17. Too much truth, I like a lot of the systems in GW2 but don't enjoy the actual pvp that much. The WvWvW stuff is epic as is the constant "warzones." The extinction of ranked warzones on my server and the endless waiting for warzone pops (with no open world to do) is just begging me to unsub.

  19. Yeah I knew it wasn't going to be in 1.4 but at least give me some hope! Our guild has stopped doing ranked, we used to queue up for 3 hours, twice a week and have some great games against 4-5 different groups. But when u get one game against a pug who then disband after a sound thrashing over 3 hours, what is the point? 1.4 might bring a few back but WE NEED CROSS SERVER for ranked warzones to work.
  20. Yes i did have tears when you topped damage in EVERY warzone i played against you. Funny thing is, now the pyros from notorius synergy top EVERY ranked game for damage. 800k+ is the average for these guys, while never seeing a vanguard do near that. Maybe just poor reps on my server.
  21. After i shelved my commando post 1.2 I re-rolled a shadow and have loved every minute. I only play PVP and have tried many specs, currently using kinetic/balance hybrid in DPS gear. 1. How do you think your Shadow spec is perceived by other classes? Pretty hard to kill (except for pyros) and moderate DPS, but not enough for the enemy to be worried about. 2. How do you perceive your own spec? Amazing of course. Yes the survivability went down a bit but all the self-heals were a bit OP. I love the utility we have, cc and stealth plus enough burst to surprise and annoy healers. The Infiltration tree really needs some work to be viable in ranked warzones, it was great for trolling solos in Ilum but that was it. Very happy with shadows at the moment, this is not the class you want to nerf. cough pyro/mara
  22. 1. How do you think your Commando spec is perceived by other classes? Useless (+an easy kill) in PVP, not much better in PVE ops. Gunnery was ok pre 1.2 but damage has been nerfed. Why play assault when a vanguard can do it so much better? 2. How do you perceive your own spec? I have not played my full battlemaster/rakata commando since about 2 days after 1.2, i saw no point and re-rolled. Please make him useable again.

Reasonable expectations for 1.4 Cross server ranked pvp Put up/remove hood animation New war zone Some point to open world pvp Balance OP pvp classes and boost the currently under performing ones Legacy bank/mail – shared comms Adjust resolve so I’m not stunned so much (shorter cd on cc break and/or more cc immunity time) Beyond Dual spec Ship decoration (artwork/furniture/trophies) More warzones (maybe 4vs4 or bigger like 20vs20 on bigger maps with more objectives) Probably on wall of crazy that will never get done Do away with quest/vendor gear and make it all crafter based Craftable mounts with stats/slots that can be used for POD RACING Co-op or competitive space missions Guild ships that can be used in space combat – think 4 – 8 seats each with own turret/missiles I'm still enjoying TOR mostly, with some additions and improvements I will continue to happily pay my sub

Because on my server if you can get a group of people still willing to pvp and be decently geared and all get the same voice software you will still only fight 1 or 2 teams of 8 guys with full WH+augs. Cross server is needed to give the lesser geared/skilled groups similar competition, not getting so destroyed you can't even get 4 medals, let alone 8. That is just no fun. Pre-50? Heck, nodes get flipped quicker than my morning pancakes and teams get the last room on VS frequently. Close matches are personally what i find fun and i'm sure the top pvp guilds would appreciate some competition from likewise geared teams on other servers.
