Yeeaaah, I'm also deeply concerned for the RP communities once they get forced alongside players who don't respect that style of gameplay. I've seen it happen in other MMO server mergers, and it pretty much gutted the community. It's a shame there wasn't a way (I'm assuming) to merge the RP servers all together. That would have been the best scenario... EH's community is pretty much the reason I've stayed subbed between expansions, if that community is ripped apart, that'll likely spell the end of my sub playtime till/if a new expansion comes out.

With the way the new collections window is setup, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see the pack items eventually come back and be purchasable individually through the collection window.

From what I've seen the red stripe on the sleeve of the Eradicator top still stays red, even if the rest of the set is purple and gold or whatever unlucky color combo you get stuck with.

I would assume it's for all the new hair options (for that race) available, it's probably numbered because there are plans for future additions. That's what I guessing, since they didn't list any other prices for a "Hairstyle 2". Plus they also said subscribers will be getting a "substantial discount" on the customization items, so the new hair/tattoos etc will be much cheaper than the listed prices as well!

See, posts like this are exactly why I'm terrified at even trying out buying a few of these packs. Examples like this are exactly what really kills any chance for me personally spending any more money past my monthly sub. I don't want to spend more of my own money on some cartel coins, then find out my pack's "rare item" turns out to be an emote, mood, or a silly vanity pet I'll never think twice of using. Every pack IMO should at least have 1 booster, 1 crafting item or companion gift, 1 vanity item (like pets, titles, emotes, etc), and 1 actual rare item (Weapons, Armor, Crystals, etc). At least then you know you'll at least get some kind of item with your purchase, that you can use on any character or sell to someone who really wants said item.

Like the rest of you, I've been putting up with their BS for the past week. This site's own FAQ and SR on Twitter said Origin orders were going to be billed on Tuesday 12/13, nothing happened. @Origin_EA on Twitter assured everyone on Thursday that all orders would be shipping out "on time" Friday 12/16, again nothing happened. Saturday I talked to Origin CS, they told me things were on "on schedule", but here's a 15% off coupon for our incompetent service you'll never use again. Sunday talked to CS again, Manpreet of CS tells me "You will be able to play game when it ships January." Late last night @Origin_EA assured us all again that it will this time ship sometime by the end of today and we should get it "around the 20th". It sucks because I ordered from EA/Origin because I assumed it would be the option with the least hassle and would likely be the first to ship the games out, so I could get mine on time. EU have had theirs for a week now, most 3rd party stores have shipped, hell I probably could have drove to Austin and picked up my copy quicker than it's taking them to figure it out. Steam competition my ***, more like complete unprofessional incompetence.

Yeah, same as you. I ordered within the hour preorder was available. It's just very confusing with them listing on the FAQ that we should have been billed already earlier this week.

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one, I was getting worried something was wrong with my order. Yeah, I'm kinda puzzled at how everyone who ordered elsewhere, including EU got their copies already. I originally ordered from Origin because I figured they would be the first to ship copies of the game since it's their own product. I'll definitely not make the mistake of ordering anything from that service again, no matter how many 15% coupons they keep trying to offer me.

Has anyone who ordered a physical copy from Origin been billed yet or gotten a shipping notice? I'm just curious because my order still remains unchanged since July and the FAQ says they were supposed to bill us on 12/13, which was this past Tuesday. Speaking with a CS rep they told me I wouldn't get billed till the 20th and the game would get shipped sometime AFTER that. So either their CS is wrong or this websites own FAQ is wrong.
