  1. Why the change to a OTP? I gave you 5 security questions that no one but me knows the answers to... And all of a sudden you decide to change to this OTP method that no one cares for... but hey its your product if you want to piss off your customer base be my guest, this is just another notch in the belt telling me I just need to find another game.
  2. Love seeing the argument that when entering a WZ every1 should be equalized. ROFL what a crock. You need to learn how to play and grind the gear just liket the rest of us. Months ago you could exploit Ilum but that time is long past and the people that did that are either gone or half your server has grinded the gear the correct way. I'm Valor88 and have earned the full WH set that I wear in WZs, I play an Operative healer and even pre-buff have never had a problem topping charts or staying alive in WZs when it seemed every other operative healer (with the exception of a small percentage across the servers) didn't know WTFudge to do and failed miserably at it so they all QQ'd the forums since because they sucked it was obviously just the game and not the user. I for one, as I am sure others who have grinded the Valor and gear, would not be happy to step into WZs only to find that just because I play more than you we're on the same footing. You think that would fly in PvE? "Ops are not fair every1 should be equalized when stepping into an Operation to full Rakata or better, it shouldn't matter that I've never run an Operation before... that just means that I need the stat boost more than the people that have run it every week... what's the problem?"

It is not crazy to believe that BioWare knew about this problem weeks ago, tried pushing their Dev team to fix the problem, BUT made a conscious decision to wait until the very last minute to tell people about the problem (incase it fails). This IS a dishonest way of doing business, and anybody who is IN business would arrive at only one conclusion.... BioWare is protecting their quarterly profits - this is why they waited until less than 24 hours before 1.2's launch. They got all the new subs they need to meet their Q2 numbers. They will deal with the sub-base lose later. This is how an executive thinks. Now, to respond to the fools that say "its only 15.99 a month". We are all paying customers / clients, we have the right to expect what is promised on the proposed date... and we surely deserve more of a 'heads-up' then we received if they cannot make their commitments. Just because companies like BioWare make money off millions of clients paying smaller amounts of money instead of one or 2 clients paying a lot, doesn't mean CSAT (customer satisfaction) should hold any less weight. It is THAT attitude thats makes companies fail and why companies liek Blizzard stay strong. " Excellent write up of what Bioware just did to us. Have fun with this 1 folks.
  4. I only read the 1st few pages of QQ from the superceral PvPers and most of it was the same so I'm not going to waste my time reading the rest 100+ pages of "BWs so bad" and "I just unsubbed" You people had to realize there was a major flaw with Server Based pvp queues going to ranked PvP. Most servers could fill what? 3-5 teams and that would be on the highest population servers? So the rest of the server would queue solo or 4 man groups to be totally wasted by those 4-5 and probably less actual 8man teams. I wanted ranked PvP matches, heck for me this games end-game content has become PvP, Ops are boring and too easy, daily quests dont do it for me, my 2nd character to 50 was done solely through queuing for PvP matches. My biggest dissapointment is the fact that I still cant queue with more than 4 people. And I admit that it would have been nice if some of the folks whose job this actually is would have realized awhile ago that this wasnt happening in 1.2 and let the community know since Ranked PvP was supposed to be a very big part of 1.2 and only hours before it went live they decided to let us know. Bad form on BWs part but I wont unsub because of this, I'll just do what I do each day when I log on... I'll heal WZs on my now OP operative since BW decided my class needed a healing buff. <3 u guys btw.
  5. Was just wondering if there were any plans to make our instant cast abilities actually cast instantly. As of right now they do not, I play a sith assassin class and I cannot tell you how many times I hit an IB only to be interrupted by a CC or in the case of my Assassinate my target is healed after I cast and I get to sit and watch myself twirl my lightsaber like a moron and waste a GCD only to have it not go off since my target was healed past 30% health before the Assassinate has completed its graphic. If you have to take out the 2-3 sec graphic (however kewl it is) please make my abilities cast as I push the button not after the graphic has run its course. For PvE I cannot tell you how many GCDs i have wasted trying to cast my Maul (backstab) only to swing my lightsaber around and around and never follow through since by the time the graphic is finished I am no longer behind the mob. Instant cast to me means as soon as I hit the button the damage is figured up and then dealt whether or not my graphic finishes. I have a few abilities that do this and I'm guessing that other classes do also. The graphics are a neat touch to the game but they really screw instant abilities since apparently in the code all the damage is figured AFTER my the graphic is finished and not when you toggle the ability.
  6. http://s1061.photobucket.com/albums/t468/sslong/?start=all It took 2 tickets to get this answer. The first reply was just a thank-you for reporting this possible exploit.
  7. I use it though I wish I could find a Dev post about it. There are counters to it and a number of them have been posted previously so I wont waste my time. Is it an exploit for a Jugger to jump to a person coming out of the spawn point? I mean u can't stay in the spawn point for long or risk being ejected from the game. And as far as I know there is no defense against the Jugger's jump to an enemy player. It's game mechanics, it's not a secret, many people have asked for an answer to this and I cannot find an actual Dev saying 'yay' or 'nay'. I've been pulled to an insta-death quite a few times... though I've already scored since I never run straight to the center of their spawn point, I come in at the far ends making them run to me and giving myself a few more seconds to score. IMO this is just your normal 'qq' about something that some consider an exploit because A: the qq'er does not play a class with a pull. OR B: the qq'er doesn't know how to counter it.
  8. The time is coming for you to be able to remove all stats on an item and completely recustomize how your character looks so this wont be a problem hopefully in the near future. Until then you are stuck looking like a scared bird with your tail feathers stuck out. As soon as u can remove all stats from gear and reallocate it to another I will be PvE'ing in my PvP gear since IMO the SI PvP gear is the sickest in the game. Until then your gonna be asking W T F is my Darth thinking wearing this crap.
  9. @ Jooji, u say that you can hit the heals of a Sorc on your Ops. Ok are you hitting their damage as well? I know a few folks that on average can outheal a Sorc in a WZ but these classes are nowhere near the damage output. This to me is the problem. When u have 1 Sorc hitting 2-300k heals and doing at least half that in dmg? Youre saying thats just fine?
