I dunno, this patch, snippet whatever you want to call it, was terrible. Story was extremely poor the whole pick a side thing made no sense and having Jace Malcom come back and act like an idiot was just icing on a badly baked caked. I found it so tedious I'm not going to run it on any other toons. Ill just get a summon if I want to run the op boss.

That's true but the vast majority of unhappy people also don't post, they just unsub and go away without saying a word. We've had evidence of that for years with the dying numbers. You've seen the evidence in your own guilds, always members that just disappear. Forum posters are always a small subset whether good or bad

Shadowlands is a great server. Very pleasant people overall. Probably the least toxic of any server I've been in in any game. Too bad that the population is declining. This concerns me. The ones that saying it isn't are hopeless optimists or just blind. This concerns me.

I don't pay a lot of attention to all this stuff, but what I do know and what anyone who follows the game knows is they are adding pvp content. That's a fact. If pvp was so unimportant they wouldn't have bothered with the new warzones, especially now since there isn't much new content. I probably wouldn't just outright dismiss pvp. Ps, to all the naysayers who say server population isn't declining, it is.

I wouldn't exactly call that content. It was like a companion quest and a boring one at that. I finished it and logged out, disappointed, couldn't even be bothered to do the alerts. It was lame.

Of course I'm entitled. We all are. Even you. We pay a sub. We are ENTITLED to a working product. We are ENTITLED to receive what was advertised. And customers who may not always be right, are certainly not to blame. They pay the bills. When the game companies s**t the bed, there are always those that roll around in it and say thanks for the chocolate.

I've been hoarding those certs myself, but I'm starting to think I should spend what I have, I'm sorta worried that the stuff to buy with them or the vendors will go poof. With the state of the game these days who knows whats going to happen.

Theres an enormous amount of things that cant be searched on the gtn. Augmentation kits are just the tip of the iceberg.

A decent economy enhances the game a great deal. And besides his post was about the duping exploit. This alone shows that this is a crappy team running the show here, to let this exploit go unattended for six weeks. The Kotfe storyline was great, even though there are no choices and poor replayability. Yeah, use the turret right away. As a sage healer the fight can last a long time, and you might be able to place it a second time. On my healer I will also use my heroic right away as well, since I sometimes let my companion die. An exception to letting my companion die is the voss fight. I need the extra dps for that one. Having said that, now that ive finished the heroics on my healer, I will never do them again, unless I'm helping someone out.

If its a choice between living and interrupting, choose the living . Or the interrupting if not interrupting is going to kill you. Depends on your health pool at the time. On my sage healer I often let my companion die only IF it becomes too troublesome to be constantly babysitting them. It will take a lot longer but it allows me to concentrate on myself and the boss. Its very time consuming but you will wear the exarch down. You can also kite him into the red by the windows and burn him down that way, use bubble and barrier and the dampeners because it will damage you too. If you are lucky you can also get the playing with fire achievement too.

Another tip in especially for the reactor room. For one of the two droids, the room where the two droids are positioned by each side of the door (not the room where they are on the sides of the exarch) knockback the droid on the right towards the exarch before you disable it. This way you can aoe the adds without breaking the CC. If CC happens to break, reapply it as soon as its off cooldown if necessary. Some people are advising that you don't loot, this is good, but loot the C2N2 look a like if it looks like things are going bad. That way I have the testtube already for when I respawn and try again. If I have the testtubes already I channel right away. If everything is under control, then don't loot. For the exarch, use a ranged healer. Or a ranged dps depending on your class or preference. It doesn't have to be a high influence one either, I just completed this with a rank 13 Lokin in heals stance. Once you get to the exarch its gravy. Just kite him around and stay out of the red. If you have any dampeners left you can use them if you have a little trouble avoiding the red. Interrupts are handy but if you aren't used to using them don't stress about it. I do advise you learn about using them though, it will help in many fights, not just SF. Just continue kiting and wear him/her down. This can take a while depending on your class, turret is especially great in this fight and if its taking you a while you can place it a second time. It is definitely easier with certain classes but it is doable will all of them. Some attempts will be more painful than others. Also, if you are going in and someone happens to mention in chat that they are LFG for the one you plan on doing, go for it! Its super easy with 2 players.

Your forums are all in an uproar. Look at the metrics of whether people are cancelling their subs or not. Are cartel market sales down? That is all the feedback you need. My biggest issue was when I geared my companions myself they performed much better. After 4.0 I didn't mind not gearing them because they were so op. Now I wish I could gear them myself. Any one could see a nerf was coming, they were op. But a 75% reduction? Too far.. The underlying issue was tedious vs a challenge. Now its all tedious (h2's are still quite easy) but heroic SF? forget it. I can do it but I wont bother. I don't have that kind of time, either as solo or waiting hours to find a group. The real question is, do we bother giving you our money?

Agreed. once you get the gear you need there is nothing to spend them on. I bought all the decos and stuff that used them, which actually were useless since how many centrepiece and starship hooks do you get? Not enough. I am capped once again. Overall the crafting mats are useless to me since crafting for conquest and goods have been all but nerfed. Can't sell em, cant use em. Amazing how the green crystals are better than blue.

Companions are nothing more than vanity pets, now. They were far better when I was able to gear them. Hardest heroic Ive done was one of the ones on voss, level 15 xalek, I'm a sorc. Definitely took a lot more damage but it was doable. Honestly, I could have done the same without the companion, since he wasn't contributing much. H2's were the equivalent of dailies for me, so I didn't mind being able to faceroll through them. Now I do mind. Its just way too time consuming for old content. I am decently geared so I feel bad for those attempting these who aren't. It was an unnecessary nerf. I cant be bothered to do heroics anymore. They just are tedious, when with the op companions they were entertaining. And the challenging content in the game you cant use companions anyway, so once again, nerf wasn't needed.
