1. Completed gear (weapons, armor, stims, whatever) should not be attainable as drops in end game scenarios.
2. Instead, schematics and components for said schematics should drop, and be tradable.
3. Trade schematic and required component to crafter to make the item.
4. The schematics would be one time use, so once the item is made, the schematic disappears.
5. Trade completed item back.
6. Problem solved.
This way, the best gear can still be obtained via PvP and "raids", yet need a crafter to create the gear. Thus, crafted items would still be top tier. Whether they bind on equip or not, they at least should NOT be bound on pickup. What use is it to find a component that you can't use yourself or even trade to someone that can make something with it for you? Most things should be tradable, in the end, I believe.
