  1. Same, it's constantly killing me with fall damage. Then there's issues where Lana will just stand there.
  2. So this is definitely something I've been thinking about, where in reality, even though the class story is amazing (seriously Bioware, give us the ability to reset and replay class stories whenever we want instead of forcing us to create new characters), the class story has in turn locked the game, making it a lot more difficult to implement new classes. So essentially, there's one of three ways this could work. The first is create 2 new class stories with 4 new advanced classes (or make it 4 new class stories with 8 advanced clases), OR give each class story a new advanced class. The third option is that once we reach lvl 80, we get the opportunity to advance our class further and essentially be allowed to play a brand new class all together. The first choice would be better overall due to how it would allow players old and new to have even more to experience, BUT it would take a lot more time and resources. The 2nd option is more realistic in that it doesn't require a lot, and would allow Bioware to tweak the algorithm and data to bring in the new advanced classes within the class story. The 3rd option is there so as to allow players to play something new, but it wouldn't mess with previous data, to where this could allow Bioware more variety with the creation of heroic advanced classes without needed to change anything from the past.
  3. Because unlike Tharan and Zenith, it makes no sense for Kira and Scourge to have remained hidden, as it doesn't coincide with the story, which is what these companions are for, story. It makes nose sense for Kira and Scourge, who again had the biggest reason to return just remain away while the Eternal Alliance was fighting against Arcaan, especially when these two were always able to sense the Emperor. So with that, tell me why it's okay that the two companions tied to the emperor should have been left out of the last two expansions and why say Tharon and Zenith deserve a return more? I understand you want these two back, and that's fine, we all wanted our companions back, but on a story level, why should these two be given more focus when the two who had the most ties to the emperor were ignored for the last 2 expansions?
  4. The Counselar companions weren't directly involved with the Emperor, Kira and Scourge were directly affected by the Emperor in their lifetime and had legitimate reasons to return within KotFE/KotET. The fact Kira and Scourge were left out of this conflict goes against their history and character as Scourge's entire reason for joining the Knight was to kill the Emperor once and for all, and Kira's was about redeeming herself due to her being an ex child of the Emperor, to where both had vowed to do whatever it took to kill him.
  5. I'm not sure how I feel about set bonuses being in shells again, since it was something that really hurt gearing in the end, and removed customization for a lot of fans. I know we have the outfit tabs now, but I feel like we should keep the armorings for set bonuses. Hell, if you really want to avoid making armorings coincide with set bonuses, why not just have a set bonus slot on each piece of gear where we find a specific set bonus we want and then make it to where we need 2 pieces in order to activate it? This way we don't have to worry about the shells having set bonuses.
  6. I would love to have her return, especially since she's been one of the best, well developed companions in this entire came (honestly, she's a top 3 with just how much depth and personality she has compared to any other). The issue I have is that she should have been one of the first companions to return in KotFE/KotET, especially with her connection with Valkorion (this includes Scourge, and it's even pointed out these two know he's still alive and are trying to find a way to kill him). Another bad aspect is how they even said she did return to try and free the Knight, but was stopped by Vaylin, yet held her own, so why the hell did she run off afterwards? I mean I'm glad to hear she is still awesome, but it bugs me that they did this. If Bioware was having such a hard time figuring out how to bring Kira and Scourge back, they could have had her show up in chapter 12 where her and Scourge are helping Satele Shan. Another way they could have handled her return was giving Kira and Scourge Ch. 10 instead of Kalyo, who really wasn't a necessary addition. Hell, they could have completely removed the Scorpio sub plot and add that into later content and still have KotFE/KotET work out, where after you defeat the Volkorion, the Eternal Fleet and Gravestone vanish, and then you locate them on Iokath, leading to the start of Fractured Alliance, and instead of killing Acena or Jace, you find out Scorpio had ended up there within the 5 years being in carbonite, she activate a recall for the Gravestone and Eternal Fleet, and needed your help to deal with ARIES, where it could play out similar to what we got in KotET, but with no Vaylin or Eternal Empire, which didn't play much of a role there anyway. This then leads to what we have now, but honestly, there was no reason to keep Kira out of these expanions with her and Scourge were the two companions MOST likely to want to deal with Volkorian face to face instead of hiding.
  7. If I could reinvent swtor, the first thing I'd do is reuse the kotor 1&2 leveling system. It would add feats, as well as different force powers, to where they are not really put into any particular class. I would make it to where the classes are one of 4, republic force user and non force user, and Empire force user and non force user. With this, if you're a force user, you get access to the force powers that you get to pick and choose, if you're a non force user, you get double the amount of feats. What this would do is add more open ended game play to where you can have a Jedi/Sith focused heavily on saber combat, yet be able to duel wield, or use a double bladed lightsaber. I would of also removed companions, but implemented heavy story elements to work with these companions throughout missions. Then the biggest thing I would of changed was for the kotfe/kotet, have 4 separate story lines, 2 for force users, 2 for non force users. This would of added more impact to the story, to which it felt more tailor made for those of the force and those without the force. Now, going to the kotfe/kotet story line we have here, if we had to stick with what we got, I'd of at least changed the companions, use the ones that made actual sense. So instead of throwing in Scorpio, t7, Vette, etc. I would of used Kira and Scourge, because out of EVERY companion, these two played a central role in fighting the emperor, they had the biggest reasoning for coming back since they've been spending a lot of time fighting against him, and could feel him through the force. So it made no sense to leave those two in particular out of the last two expansions.
  8. Here's my issue, and it has nothing to do with "I want x companion back because they're my favorite." It has to do with the terrible choices they made for the story, and that is the removal of both Scourge and Kira, the two most important companions in all of swtor. The entire premise of these two were the fact they both held special stories that dealt specifically with the emperor, to the extent of one being controlled by him and the other spending a few hundred years trying to kill him, yet bioware just so happened to ignore this pinnacle part of the story and instead throw in characters like Scorpio, T7 (which I loved T7, but it made little sense to bring the droid back), Kalio, even Torian. It pushed the two characters that would of had the best reason to be there fighting the Eternal Throne, especially with their connection to the Emperor who they kept feeling throughout the story, even after the Knight "killed him."
  9. @KeithKanneg I posted this before, but don't believe you were answering before, and I would love to get some information on this since this has been something a lot of people have been asking for since launch. Are we going to get jedi robes similar to those from kotor2/ the prequel films? http://imgur.com/9ha8ELu https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/c/c5/Obiwan1.jpg http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/disney/images/2/26/Quigonamidala_detail-0.png/revision/latest?cb=20141201061011 http://www.starwarsmmolevelingguide.com/wp-content/gallery/timeline/Timeline03_Jedi-Council-Debate.jpg (As shown in the last image, these jedi robes were even in the timeline photos bioware posted leading up to the release of the game). We've all been asking for this style of robes, with no answer, and was just curious on if we'll ever get it.
  10. After thinking about it, I realized there's one other thing I've been wanting since I started playing swtor, and that's the ability to replay the class story whenever we want. That was the draw of this game, and there's already a way to replay kotfe/kotet, so why not let us replay the class stories of the characters we've used for so long?
  11. So for customization, this has been brought up MANY times since the release of swtor, yet has never been added, never been discussed by the devs, etc. PLEASE add kotor 2/prequel style jedi robes (not the robes with a dress, but actual robes where it has pants, boots, and a sash). Seriously, why hasn't this been added? We've seen these styles of robes in kotor 2 (which almost every armor type from that game has been added into swtor), and even in art from the timeline that lead up to this game. Now I'm not talking about robes with armor pieces, I'm refering to this style: http://imgur.com/9ha8ELu https://68.media.tumblr.com/cf2ae664c3670509c1090d9ada6b1ec9/tumblr_n69am8n4QH1qa4gi0o5_500.png http://www.powerofcostume.si.edu/images/quigonn1.fw.png Robes where the outer robe is over the belt, with cloth that covers the crotch and has long wide sleeves. Seriously, add these in finally so that way we can experience this game the way a lot of us wanted to look.
  12. To me, I feel that KotFE and KotET were great set ups and definitely had a good flow for being something epic. But I also have a few issues with it. The biggest one is that the story lines were basically force sensitive based, forcing all classes to go down a single path that really only works for jedi and sith. Bioware should of created two seperate storylines that affected each other, but had one chunk be for jedi/sith, the other for the non force sensitive characters. Next are the companion choices, and how they decided to add certain companions from some classes, yet leave out companions that were important to this story (Kira and Scourge being the prime examples since they were directly affected by the Sith Emperor, so they wouldn't of just ignored his presence, they would of been the first to go and challenge it). Instead, we get Scorpio (which I guess makes sense do to the main outcome of the story), Kalio (which should of been Kira/Scourge), etc. Finally my main issue was that they gave us control of the eternal empire, which really does lock our characters into this role that doesn't feel right story wise. With what our characters went through, I can understand the whole big mighty "strongest beings in the galaxy", but that's shotty story telling. It should of been our characters being one of many generals dealing with this massive threat, but not making us the sole focus. Make it to where we're important enough to save from carbonite, but not big enough to be Valkorian powerful (he should of remained an ops boss as the final lead in instead of just a boss for solo play, and also he wouldn't of had this much focus on smugglers, troopers, bounty hunters, and imperial agents do to lacking the force to truly be powerful enough, thus again needing a separate story for these classes were definitely needed). I feel that the next expansion needs to go back to the Empire vs the Republic, making that the main focus as we return to Jedi vs Sith. This is what the game currently lacks and it feels bland because we don't have that opposition anymore since now we have both factions working together under the Eternal Throne banner in a singular alliance. Hell, make this experience a reason to add faction swtich, where a jedi can become a fallen jedi, a sith can become a reformed force user, republic bounty hunters, smugglers turned pirate, republic spies, imperial troopers. Make this a vocal point in which we make a major decision (make it after the eternal throne loses all support from the galaxy from the issues it caused, thus removing us from this power) and make it to where our decision will thus change our character's faction forever, leaving the same powers they've had, but adding new powers that will add lightside to lightning or darkside to the sage powers. Just we need to regain that opposition if this game is going to thrive again, also add a few new ops since that's really lacking currently.
  13. Nah, Kira's one of my favorite characters, along with Blizz, t7, and Mako. To me, Kira is well developed and fleshed out, and unlike some other romancable companions, has flaws that give her more depth. She isn't just an innocent character, she started off as Sith and ran away, but even after being adopted into the Jedi order thanks to Kiwiks, she still holds some of those ideals, tho not to the extreme the sith have. She also makes mistakes, but knows when she screwed up. To me, Jaesa is the worst romance option, because she has no depth, she either becomes a Marry Sue, or a psychotic being who only wants to kill. She loses all depth and characteristics once she joins you and either way you choose, she'll be annoying and lose all interesting characteristics.
  14. The main issue with Jaesa is that her character is based on your choices of the SW, which means that when they add her, unless it's the SW story line, whatever they make her is official swtor canon, which will upset half the playerbase because of the choice they made to either stick Jaesa as ls or ds.
  15. The issue with Jaesa is that once Bioware brings her in, depending on the form she comes in (besides the SW class) will be the official form she was supposed to have in all of SWTOR lore, which will piss off many (if she's DS, then that means all fans of LS Jaesa will have to be stuck with her DS form, unless you get her through the SW), and as such is the hardest one for them to implement just based on how fans will react to her official form. Now for who I want to come back, Kira's the main one (she is important not only for the JK, but also lore wise since she's one of the few who've dealt with the Emperor first hand). I also want Mako, Bowdar, already got Blizz, so I'm happy about that.
