I had 2 instance of good CS by Bioware. First time was when we beat KP in under 2 hours but we didn't get the title so we sent in a ticket and got the title. Second time was when I went on vacation and had to answer my security question but I forgot so my account got locked. I called them and was playing again in less than 5 minutes.

This is starting to feel very much like DC Universe where queues just took so long to pop that people just started leaving and caused queue times to become even longer. Eventually the game became f2p like 6 months in, I hope it doesn't happen to swtor.
