It is very simple, under geared people lose allot. So pre patch you just kept trying and plugging away for better gear. It was slow but you got comms and valor each time so it was worth it. If you can't win now and aren't getting anything for trying.... you will never get better gear. So the lose to lose cycle will be endless for some people. They can and will give up and quit and I don't blame them.

Thanks to people like the OP, in 1.2 there is a mechanic built in giving the other team perks based on how fast they win. So.... play hard up to the end or save everyone else the trouble and don't q. It does matter in 1.2.

I dont know, this happened to me one night in huttball. I had injested enough vodka that I didnt grab the ball when it hit middle, I waited for my bf to grab it. My teamate went off and called me an idiot. I just apologized and brushed it off. Im certain he would have been way more peeved had i picked up the ball. I am still learning to pass (why is that so hard?) and as inebriated as I was, passing would have definitely been a fail situation. We still won the match as my guildie teamates hold their liquor better. My fave is those people who rage quit in 45 seconds or less if the WZ starts out rough. Hello, in a pug group in takes a few to get people on the same page. I always consiuder sending them a message when we end up winning the match they stormed out of but ehhh, not worth the time.

Something similar happened to me in swg, dude decided just cause we grouped allot he was my boy friend (!) and had a total melt down when I joined my guild. He stalked and harrassed me for quite a while. One plus of swtor is a drastic reduction in "are you a girl in rl?" tells. I don't know if it's the decreased social aspects, the fact so many men play lady toons now, or even the fact swtor players are more mature. All I have to say is it is nice.

I am artifce- I have never had the opportunity to gather Thermoionic Gel Suspension or Fibrous Nylite Solution. I always had to buy them from the crafting vendor on the fleet.

Go to exactly, exactly the spot the area thingy is located on your map and probe from there. I made the mistake of thinking it wouldn't be exactly on that spot and wasted hours myself.

Glad I found this post! I was searching the area as well and was getting so frustrated.

I am trying to figure out how much I should be listing color crystals for blasters/sabers for. I recently crafted a + 16 crit blue crystal. I was really excited but since my guildies are already in pvp gear, that didn't seem too amazing to them. As a light side sith I think there might be a good niche market for these kinds of things since they are harder to get than other mods. Any thoughts on what I should start at? I am not looking to make a killing but since one of the components is a rare gem it is def a time/money sink to produce these.
