I wonder if your issues are like mine, i.e. playing republic-side is just gross. I made a character on a friend's server so we could WZ together, and she's all like "level up faster", and I'm all like "the republic makes me want to vomit". At least there's the smuggler, so I can roleplay not caring about the republic and just being in it for the money. Although that kind of makes me feel like a whore.

I like to look at Ashara's morality as an asset. Khem and Xalek would kill me if they could, and Andronikos just wants my ship. But Ashara thinks I'm going to bring peace to the galaxy, so she's fanatically devoted to me. That's the kind of attitude I want my servants to have.

I can't give you a number, but probably a lot. Put it on the GTN for the shortest time period for like 3 million and decrease the price incrementally if it doesn't sell.

Terrible. Factions are already nearly meaningless in pvp, but this is a step too far. I mean, why even have factions, or a story, or Star Wars IP?

Whether you win or lose is more about the rest of your team than it is about you. Therefore the rewards are more about your luck in being placed on a team than about whether you've done anything to deserve them.

It really pisses me off that Bioware gives you all these options in theory, but then actually makes it so you can only effectively do one tree. Induction and energize would be awesome together, but they're tied to two different charges (although I'm pretty sure that used to not be the case) so you can't use them. Now you might argue that that would be OP, but it would also mean that you couldn't have a capstone skill, which in theory should be the best skill in any tree. But, of course, players didn't seem to think so, so the devs decided to be more blatant about what they wanted us to do. Anyway, I play 0/10/31 with dark charge, which I find fairly effective. So, if you're looking for something different, you might try that. You get a lot of survivability from dark charge, and you can still use guard. Madness gives you very nice CC and some good damage. And you you get stealth and a the occasional maul from the 10 points in deception. So, it's fairly versatile, which is probably why I like it.

Love is a strong word. It is ok. I really like the warzones though. I have to say they are well done (although I'm not crazy about the new one), and without them I certainly would have stopped playing by now.

It does seem like an absolutely ridiculous amount of work to get something that is, after all, only cosmetic.

I don't usually check to see how many times I've died after a match, but it certainly doesn't seem like it's any more than it was before the patch.

If I notice someone doing something I like I'll make a mental note to give them my vote. Turret guarding in particular is something I like to reward. Otherwise I'll give it to someone I think needs it.

Sorcs were never particularly good at 1v1s as a class. Fortunately for you, 1v1s aren't all that common or important in this game.

This is why it's always better to patch early in the week. That way the people inconvenienced are the hardcore guys who know what to expect and are willing to put up with a certain amount of crap. I hope, for Bioware's sake that they can actually get the servers up by 6.
