  1. Yes, I believe they are working on added security to keep the kiddies out. Current setup allows for a much disputed kill (in this scenario perpetrated by an unskilled troll) to remove the kill from progression altogether thus downranking a highly ranked guild. It's better someone trolls it now and the loopholes are found in beta than after it goes live. As I've extended a hand to Retribution I also welcome and encourage others thread who want to discuss possible website structure solution to hop in Mumble with us (Open). Nerf Dialogue
  2. Excellent, good to hear it's getting worked out. Thanks for the update.
  3. Yes, obviously when we have a single troll eliminating the World 3rd guild from rankings then the website needs to be revamped with a bit more structure. Perhaps making disputes only available to registered and vetted guilds would be the better way to go? Perhaps a minimum amount of time before vote allowance or validation through council until Bioware sets up an in-game time stamp? Until this occurs though the site will easily be open to any kiddie with a chip on his shoulder and time on his hands. Overall though a good start and something to work with.
  4. How do you explain a growth in subs and a lower amount of active subs?
  5. I'm obviously not privy to the conversations in your head.
  6. I have no urge to claim Nox Imperius' kills. Troll harder. You still think double damage crits is a well thought out mechanic Gramz?
  7. Yeah pretty much. We took in a few Nox members including the GM so we have as much claim to those kills as they do. Kills do not carry over so dispute it on the site. Thanks to <Retribution> for the site creation. Looks good.
  8. Yes, can't currently update. It's buggy and isn't accepting input currently. Clicked 16m NM and it logged a HM kill. I'll give you some time to work on it and come back later.
  9. You completely left Nerf Dialogue off which is 2nd US and 4th World. On top of that there's no differentiation between 16m and 8m. I'm curious as to why the picking and choosing of guilds from the original thread? Can't more than 1 kill at a time.
  10. The ability to find the quest necessary for the specific Flashpoint you want is just ridiculous currently. It's a lot of punishment for attempting to group with friends. Pretty much any improvement to the cluster**** that is flashpoints would be good at this time.
  11. Performance is indeed greatly improved on the PTS though old bugs are back that are crippling. GCD failures and Abilities not going off. Quite a few animation failures, etc. but at least it looks pretty and seems to be running smoother.
  12. No they certainly haven't. When asked at the summit they said they hoped 1.2 would fix the problems between imbalances with factions but pretty much avoided the topic of server merges. If anything I believe they said they don't plan on it which is kind of ridiculous if you look at the active number of players on some servers.
  13. Are familiar with the concept of a normal distribution? It's not really subjective at all. Yes, there is a standard for games put out these days. Interjection of personal control issues are not part of an actual argument for denying basic features. Most of us want the game to be successful and people blindly defending what Bioware has already admitted to making a mistake on reeks of fanaticism. ^
  14. You're just willfully ignoring expectations and standards from MMOs that cost half of what it cost to make SWTOR. You can make the "everything is subjective" argument but the reality is there are expectations. Very real expectations from the collective consumer formulated by an ever evolving gaming industry. SWTOR is currently a single player game with multiplayer functions not a MMO. The game is missing basic comprehensive UI features and a guild bank.
  15. Yes, and the only thing difficult about current content is the bugs that stop people. Content has already been nerfed and the bugs still aren't fixed. Really anyone arguing for the titles to be removed so they can have a self-gratifying jerk every time they see a new player should probably take a look at how much their ego is entwined with a computer avatar.
  16. The idea that there's some unattainable skill level that separates the hardcore players from the casual players is a concept created by the "wannabe hardcore" players that don't quite get what it takes. To be a hardcore guild all you need is a bit of luck with server placement and dumping a ridiculous amount of time into the content. Yes, understanding mechanics gives you a leg up but even this isn't hard as gaming is not rocket science. For the ******* up top asking about achievements I'm in NerfD and we've had everything on farm for a long time. Bioware should stop awarding titles only after they've completely fixed the content and provided titles for those with legitimate clears.
  17. While my guild has had both titles for a long time now it's just unfair to remove them when many who should have received them haven't due to bugs. When Bioware works out the bugs in the content that are stopping people from getting the titles then you can start making the argument for removal. Until then you're just arguing for exclusivity with no particular rhyme or reason.
  18. Same as it was before. %25 chance to proc only now DoT ticks count.

  20. At the guild summit they explicitly stated they're having problems with transfers because of the complexity of the Legacy system. Legacy>Server Transfers I guess currently.
  21. Not when you call people haters rather than addressing individual responses to problems. That dog just doesn't hunt. I mean if that's your goal, you're doing it wrong. I'll take my self-righteousness elsewhere as the problems in this game are numerous and mostly accounted for. Happy Trails
  22. Or you could just ignore them and move on but instead you feel the need to whine about them. The irony is overwhelming. Yes, it certainly does boil down to people just wanting attention. They're here because they're not happy with the game they bought (which Developers have validated) and you're just here because...?
