  1. The power converter is the one grade 7 peice you can purchase with credits.
  2. Space parts are kind of mysterious in general, for example the grade 7 armor and shield provide a damage boost but it is not displayed anywhere in the tooltip.
  3. Assuming gunnery commando, but main stat take priority over everything else. More main stat is always good, adjust your crit/surge/accuracy levels after that, and then the rest in power. The one exception is sometime a mod might have less main stat than another but way more power, in that case you would want the one with power, but don't worry about that for starters. The point is don't mod for crit/surge/accuracy first and then fill up on main stat, do it the other way around. Also there is more specific informaiton in the trooper class forums.
  4. Indeed, with my schedule I play swtor on monday and thursday and that's it. With the current implementation that means I can only do one space mission a week and it will always be new cov ice field. At least when it was bugged there were like 3 that unlocked throughout the week I could do. I would really like to do all of them though, the new space missions are really great and it would be a shame if I had to give up on the others because of scheduling.
  5. They don't have to stuff the missions in your quest log. Just make them available from the space mission terminal in your ship, the same as the ones that did work before the fix.
  6. I guess the question is then why are they like that? I can't log in every day of the week so now I feel like I'm missing my space missions. Why not just make each one a weekly that resets on a different day so that you can log in an do the ones you havn't done since the last time you logged in?
  7. Ok, i just saw them in all your links so I assumed you wern't planning on swapping them out.
  8. The gear doesn't matter and it's not real damage, his assassinate skil just kills a weak or strong enemy. If the strong enemy had a million hit points he would do a million damage.
  9. Don't use lettered mods, Agile mod 26 > agile mod 26a > agile mod 26b
  10. Campaign, dread guard, and war hero armorings for a specific slot carry the set bonus on them so you can put them in any armoring and keep the set bonus as well.
  11. The overkill prefix means that the schematic that it is on has increased power stat over the green it came from. critical prefix means it has increased crit chance stat. Both are useful stats for raiding and/or leveling.
  12. Just buy it off the gtn with credits, cartel market isn't the only way to acquire it.
  13. Well, you want reflex armoring, barrel, and augments. For the mods use nimble and agile. For the enhancements I use adept and initiative. But there are a couple others that don't waste stat points, i think maybe battle is one of them. Try this as a starting point: http://www.noxxic.com/swtor
  14. Agreed, I outlined some other suggestions as well in another thread... http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=585153
  15. Itemizing level 27 mods will get you the most stats, but you can only use generic armoring since a slotted armoring will not go into a droid parts. That being said the assassin droid parts are really good and much more cost effective. As far as the 12 or 13 parts, you won't end up with a full set of the same number. Some parts are better as 12 some are better as 13, you just need to look at the stats of each. Avoid accuracy, it's not going ot be useful on a companion.
  16. All the dps proc relics share the same cooldown so you don't want to use more than one. Energy and elemental relics use your force crit rating, so you would want to use one of those if your going to use a proc relic and your a force user.
  17. Well if it's not moddable then it's effectivly useless, anything he can wear at level 1 will be replaced very quickly. The fact that it's a technical issue and not an oversight means that we should just forget about it for now. I started leveling with him at level one and even though it's not meant for him the tank droid parts are sufficient, it's not ideal but not worth screwing with if it's not a quick fix.
  18. Yes, it is annoying. I suggested the same thing a while back. At the end of the day you can come across a custom version of most parts between planetary commendations and a cybertech by about level 20. In the meantime the droid tanking parts suffice.
  19. Your current setup is 586.2 bonus damage and 35.8% crit if you use all aim augments it's 585.9 and 36.76% crit So you trading almost a full percentage point of crit for 0.3 bonus damage, It's a small difference but I wouldn't recommend it. *EDIT Sorry, I'm hardwired to look at damage, you only care of bonus healing. Either way I feel it still stands.
  20. I posted that exact thing and a couple other suggestions a few days ago. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=585153 It really doesn't make sense the way they have it right now.
  21. Well I think it is telling that most people that have responded to this just want to turn it off; However; I think this could actually be quite useful if some tweaks were made to make more sense for how people actually use their inventory. Even if there isn't a great way to do it in the inventory, there are a lot of opportunities in the cargo hold.
  22. I have a couple of thoughts regarding the new inventory sorting dropdown that was added to the inventory and cargo hold. This could potentially be a very useful feature, particularly in the cargo hold. I will put these in highest to lowest priority. 1) If you sort a cargo bay, it will pull items from the next tab to fill up the current tab. Please stop that from happening. I imagine most people use the different bays as a logical separation for items. 2) One of the sort categories should be "Item Type" or something to that effect. This would sort the items by the same categories and sub-categories that they appear under in the gtn. e.g. Crafting materials together, armor types together, mission discovories together, etc. Bonus points for sorting the crafting materials by their grade among themselves so grade 1 scavaging mats, grade 1 underword trading mats, grade 2 scavaging mats, and so on. 3) Compact sort should combine stacks without moving everything. Just move the stacks together that are eligible and leave items that cannot where they are. Does the community have any thoughts or additional suggestions?
  23. You don't trade accuracy for crit, accuracy can only be traded for alacrity and surge.
  24. Just because you're queued for all flashpoints doesn't mean everyone in the group was. Kaon is part of the rackghoul weekly. Someone who has LI done and also their random fp for the day will queue for just kaon to clear out their weekly.
  25. I think torparse.com provides the most detail.
