/support, I want to transfer to a EU server to play with my friends and it really sucks having to start from scratch...

I'm kinda curious why we aren't aloud to continental server transfer. I mean your collections transfer over but I can't transfer over a toon to get my legacy over here. If it's too much of a hassle to transfer a toon across like that I'd ask the dev's if a legacy transfer is possible at least? I'd love a response on why we can't from the devs. Thanks again.

Before you used to be able to view a collection item like a weapon for example by clicking on it then previewing the weapon. I went to do that today but when I clicked on the weapon to open up the box that lets you preview it wouldn't work. Dunno if this is just me I tried it on some other categories and it worked, other categories it didn't, and it wouldn't work for weapons for some reason. Can anyone confirm? Edit More clear: Open Collections -> Scroll down to weapons tab -> click weapon -> it opens a box -> shows the weapon and ability to preview the weapon. For me it doesn't open the box so I can see the weapon and click preview.

Alright heres your problem. You want a laptop. /endtread But seriously laptops aren't ment for gaming they're just to small and crammed to the max with stuff that they will never play games properly. Even if you spent a lot of money for a good laptop it still wouldn't be great for gaming. You will have to make the move and use a desktop, trust me I spend money and bought a expensive laptop and I gave up on it. I recently just bought myself a new desktop for gaming and it's a lot better.

I've read and or heard that the level 50 gear such as tionese will be removed and we'll have some sort of new commendation implemented. But I'm curious because at level 50 you get 99 free commendations to get Tionese gear. Does anyone know whats going to happen for new toons? Like when we hit 55 will we get a new set of armor for free with commendations? If anyone knows or can point me to a article that would be great

Here lemme edit your post.. Right so access to game as a subber means content which means I should get free barber shop. Why would i have to pay extra? Not like its a vanity item. They're crossing the line with this.

As a subber I'm becoming very dissapointed with where your guys are going to with the cartel market. I played this game called Perfect World International and it was a f2p cash shop game. They drained so much money from the players for crap like fashion, packs etc. Now swtor is bringing all this cash shop stuff which would be ok if it was a f2p game. But I'm a subber why the hell should I be forced to access this stuff by purchases from the cash shop? What the hell is the point then in being a subber? I love this game, and I enjoy it but you guys are heading in the wrong direction. If you want to keep your sub base try using some common sense.... seriously...

Well I was in the same boat with you actually. I have a 47 sorc and I tried operative and didn't really like it. I re-rolled sniper and i'm loving it. You really feel like a super secret agent as a sniper. One shoting enemies and picking off mobs. Even in PvP you do amazing damage and it's so much fun. So ya I like sniper but it's up to your play style I suppose.

I couldn't help but notice that this sounds alot like the sith sorcerers lightning bubble shield thingie. The using the force to absorb attacks I mean.

On the topic of same gender romance I say great. Personally I would have made a female char but I made a male because I wanted the romance option. Well if it's implemented then I can romance my female companion and be a female toon. It's like haveing the cake and getting to eat it. The only problem is i'd have to restart my male toons lmao

I'm sure alot of people have played WoW and they have the duel spec system and it works just fine . It just makes life alot easier and like the guy above said you're just overreacting. Trust me if this is implemented your que time for flashpoints etc will go wayyyyyy down.

1. How do you think your Sniper spec is perceived by other classes? From personal experience and others sniper is less appealing because it isn't as shiny as a force lightning sith. It seems boring to others because it's a turret class. It needs something to make the class shiny I guess. A wow factor more or less 2. How do you perceive your own spec? I like it in PvE I'm pretty well rounded and covered. PvP is decent until you get focused so you alot so spend alot of time respawning. We're really bad if out of cover and always need to find a new spot to hide and set up which is a major downside.

I was watching some pvp gameplay on youtube to get a feel of deciding whether to go sniper for my agent when I noticed in the video that this person had box quickbars. Video : I'd love to know how to get these quickbars they look fantastic and i'd prefer them to the long regular quickbars. Anyone have a idea how this person got them?

Thanks both of you, and I love your description of the two classes twisted. Still a bit undecided but at least now I have a idea of what to expect from both classes. TBH I almost wish I could mash the unlimited power/brute force of the jug with the style and ultra damage of the mara and make another class. lmao

I've read countless topics on the forums about what class to choose between jug and mara. But in all the topics they didn't really go into detail about the play styles of these advanced classes. Personally I was leaning to mara because of the duel blades, and jug because you get heavy armor and some neat abilities like throwing your saber. But whats really important is am I going to enjoy the class. So in short could some people from personal experience tell me the difference between playstyles. And the general feel of the classes (not obvious stuff like one can tank and the other can't.) Sorry for yet another jug/mara thread. p.s I really wanna use jaessa a lot cause well she's gonna look hot in some slave gear. I read in some threads what if you go mara your stuck with quin (spelling). True false?

Well this is my first time subbing for a game like this and all previous games I've played expansions are free so I wanna clarify. Do I need to pay 9.99 to play the expansion content? or is that just so I can play 5 days early?
