  1. I'm actually leveling a scoundrel as I type this (on a taxi ride), and i'm LOVING it. While Corso is a bit frustrating at times, it's a breeze. Using a hybrid spec atm (level 36), 11/16/0, went far enough into Sawbones to pick up Slow Release Med-Pack, and put the rest in Scrapper. I must say, Scoundrels kick ***! I like it because it isn't as mindless as leveling either Jedi class. To each their own though, right?
  2. Haha! I was just talking about this in guild. Its on the jackets, the dusters, cloaks, everything! At least you wont have to worry about neck problems while aiming down the barrel
  3. That was pretty awesome! I was worried you guys weren't going to be doing anything.
  4. Actually last night was the first we had this problem, it's due to the disconnects that we replaced him, and noticed the difference. Not to mention we downed NiM Soa last night, whereas we would get screwed by the enrage all the time with the new guy. And to those above me saying to teach. I will do research and figure out what would be optimal, don't really want to shove a play style down is throat. I think honestly, what it may be is that he uses his own spec. And its a pretty bad hybrid spec, he's a sage, and i think he's 1/2 TK and 1/2 Balance, because i know he has both of the AoEs from the specs.
  5. Hey all, for the past few weeks we've had a new addition to our raid team. He's an awesome person, but not so much of a player. Now you ask 'How do you know that without combat logs?'. Well, we did KP last night and he kept disconnecting, so we decided to fill his spot with another guild mate. And it went SO much smoother, we usually see Bonethrasher and sometimes Karagga enrage with the new guy, but last night we didn't even come close to the enrage timers. And before its the gear that is blamed, the new guy is in mostly Rakata, with a few Columi pieces. The guy we had last night is in Centurion and Champion pvp gear. I know i'm going to have to say something as raid leader, just not sure what. Any suggestions on how to let him know easy? Without sounding like an *** if all possible. Thanks all!
  6. Is there any chance of getting the white, Assassin's Creed looking armor that's being worn by the Security Key Vendor on the Imperial Fleet added to the game? I think it would be awesome jumping around on my Operative in assassin armor. Let me know what you guys think! Would you like it? Which color schemes?
  7. My smuggler's name is pretty awesome imo Kilo..
  8. From what i understand, the tiers arent based of the gear, but the content. So, Tionese/Centurion = Tier 1 Columi/Champion = Tier 1.2 Rakata/Battlemaster = Tier 1.3 ???/War Hero = Tier 2 (Aka, new gear from the new content in patch 1.2) Edit: I'm sure it'd be nice, but why allow old gear to be modded? Why would you want the Rakata/BM mods instead of the new, improved and vastly better War Hero stuff?
  9. Alignment has nothing to do with story, only the choices you make. So, if you want a "neutral" ending, when it comes time to end it all, choose the choice with no LS or DS gain
  10. If you plan to go deception dps, i'd aim for the Stalker set. I've seen people wearing the Force User set with the recent Madness builds and do it successfully though.
  11. So, let me get this right, the folks who call out "East/West" are basing it off of the map, yeah? Then why would't "Left/Right" also work? When I call anything its always based on the map, not where I am currently, that'd be moronic. Also, i like the trending "Snow/Mid/Grass", I think i'll start using that.
  12. There won't really the a "best" leveling spec. You'll get the "everything is viable, play what you like" kind of response. Which is pretty true, but each spec has its pros and cons. Personally I like deception, I find it fun to slip into the shadows and wtfpwn my enemy's face off. To start off, i'd say go Deception, for the improved stealth, plus you can utilize a bit more of what you have at that level. I'd say around mid 20's to 30's you could look into Darkness or Madness. Hope this helped
  13. I fought him last night, killed him the first try. Was quite easy, when he knocks you back, force leap back and force kick his Force Blast cast. I was 22 when i killed him, used the 20 min cooldown and a might stim.
