yes they have made getting max level alot faster. i would still do the story just to see it.

ppl gave the answer with the info you gave...not liking the answer cause you didnt give all the info then giving the info doesnt change the answer. it's not always from your ip changing but that is the number one reason.

yes the armor is bound to the one that puts it one....but if you have the full outfit unlocked you can pay a small CC fee to have it unlocked for all your chars
