It isn't about a 7 day instead of 5 day EGA, or whining, or raging. It is simply the fact that Customer Service had been terrible. I've been reading the forum for about 2 hours now, and I have yet to see any Mod post about what the hell is happening. I don't understand why they can't do what they plan to do tomorrow tonight, whether it is sending out more waves, increase serve population limit, or adding new servers. I mean, they know how many EGA codes have been redeemed, and they know there will be a lot more people joining on the 20th, so why didn't they create enough servers in the first place?
EA/BW, please learn from Riot Gaming, when League of Legend was released, there was a lot of technical problems, and they had the largest problem with restarting servers. Even to the point of where they restarted the server everyday for a whole week because of their limited server space. It was frustrating, but CS and tech support were VERY helpful and communicative about what is going on and updating downtimes. Where here we have no idea what is going on.
Right now, all we know is that only 100k out of 1 million players were allowed to play, and the staff went home to sleep, while CS is not responding to any posts in the forum. Also, don't forget the fact that a very large amount of your PAID customers are very pissed off at the lack of communication.
