My problem is not the amount of time it takes them to restore the characters, the issue is that I do not want to wait 3 weeks and just to get: No it cannot be done, or just ticket closed (as it was with some people here) I want to have simple answer, then they can take their time. If I get a straight no then I start creating alts with the same names and lvling them up now.

And here is where you are wrong, I did not rage quit as I came back last year to play some..and I have kept my characters, I have many alts on different servers so I was making some space and this happened. Effort - 10 . Next theory please

Another one that needs to learn to read with understanding...where have I said I want my problem resolved straight away? I wrote about the first response to the ticket, if it is only with information if this can/cannot be done that would suffice, I can wait for the rest. I think some of the people here do not understand difference between First Response and Problem resolution, as they are completely 2 different things

If they had this automated so I do not have to raise ticket then I would not be here now would I? Then people like you who need support would get responded to faster, you do not realize that by saying nothing you won't get s... done these days. Well for a 5 year old game not having processes like this streamlined and automated is "idiocy" to put it mildly. Does not matter if I delete 1 or 10 of the characters the fact that requests are rotting in their queue for 5 days (or longer as per above post) is a disgrace. I have not intended to remove those characters, due to many alts I wanted to cut down on the amount of alts I had on some servers and unfortunately I removed the ones on a wrong server, my mistake yes, nobody expects them to restore it straight away but waiting for first response this long and no other viable means of getting help for IN-GAME issues only alienates customers.

I have called them, I believe this was mentioned, and they have advised they cannot do anything for me..so unless you know a different number to call them on then please do share...

As the title says, I have created in-game ticket to retrieve multiple deleted characters, I have provided information and nobody even bothered to look at it. Calling BW support via phone is not helping as they do not resolve in-game issues. I am a subscriber and buying your s... at Cartel Market, that means I am throwing money at you, yet it seems you do not want my money. BW the unsub button starts to look appealing to me given the way you treat paying customers. There is an idea BW, this game is out for 5 years, how about you do ovious stuff like Character recovery an automated process so I do not have to wait for your GMs to pull their fingers out and clicky click restore the Characters. I will give my money to Charity if you do not bother to respond soon...

I only agree with the lack of players to play with and loading screens, i stopped at GW2 fanboism. Anyway I voted with my wallet out today. too bad cause i like this game, but I cringe everytime i have to play against my own faction or see empty chat, or see same old faces in wzs. And yes i rerolled about 3 times and played on different servers. The only one that was a good choice was Fatman us, but since I don't like pings of 110ish ms I stopped. Do not have time to waste on gearing up characters that will just stand around in fleet all day. I guess its back to BF3 and some other outside gaming hobbies.

Expect for the fact that each one of the Space Marines Cruisier has something that is called Exterminatus weapon which can crack planet in half. You are talking firepower equal to Death Star on each of the Cruisiers. So even tho they are slow, they can strike and destroy entire planets if they feel like it. Lets talk about ground forces then: Sheer numbers of space marines would crush any side in SWTOR universe. Remember Terra conquest from the first book ? Titans anyone ? Nor Empire or Republic has something to counter that ? and yes when empire of man comes in they deploy not 1 but many more of those. I rest my case.
