  1. That is extremely inaccurate. In any MMO, people buying the game is the smallest possible fraction of profit for the company. Like, much, much less than 1% eventually. MMOs make money from subscriptions, which requires making people happy and then keeping them happy long after they've bought the game and started playing. Also, people can still cancel their preorders, or could have until about now, in which case the fish would escape, by your analogy. They've really done about everything they could for people, and to ease this whole massive process of launch, but so many either don't bother looking into what BioWare has said and done or they just ignore it and continue complaining. Either way, it'll all be over soon. Why did you wait six months to preorder if you were in such a hurry to play this game, anyway?
