Now, maybe I'm just blind as a bat, but I cannot for the life of me seem to find how to activate the solo flashpoints feature. Could someone shed some light on this? For instance, I know that Boarding Party and The Foundry are solo-able, but the game only ever gives me Tactical mode for them.
