  1. This not what this thread is about at all. Where is this going? We are talking about 1v2 being possible in wow and impossible in swtor thus showing a low skill cap.

  3. From my own experience and from watching tons of pvp wow video's you should know that it is possible regardless of gear.

  5. You are 100% right. I know people don't like the comparison but in wow this was possible vs worse players and it made room for a much higher skill cap and made the game more enjoyable because you could keep working to that cap.
  6. *** I thought I had clearly read or saw somewhere that swtor would deffinately have Diminishing returns and even a nice bar below people's names to track these. What a joke really, no DR's lol. ANOTHER reason for me to wait till 1st patch, this game has potential but I am really eager to see the 1st patch if they can actually put out.

  9. Some of the stuff you said I agree with, except I think BH is pretty much balanced except for the auto target-following with tracer missiles etc.. Also make character movement and casting more smooth to make pvp much better. Character movement is fine actually but the camera turning back to normal POV and no option to turn this off is really facepalm.
  10. 1) Dungeon finder. Finding a group and getting them all to the flashpoint takes too long, it's not fun so hardly anyone is playing flashpoints. Excuse me but this is one of the MOSt important reasons wow died. Srsly think about what you are saying because it would turn this game into the same easy mode fkfest wow has become.
  11. LFG tool should NOT be implemented, please keep this game hard or make it even harder, never easier or people will quit. Noone likes a faceroll game
  12. I agree, I am making money of clicking a few buttons which is rediculously easy to bot or to abuse in some way. The economy will be everyone with infinite money and an average person's credits a year from now will be retardedly high. Please hotfix.

    Premades

    No, just no. It is wrong for full pre mades to face solo queue'rs. They should just make all Regional servers connected in pvp soon, which I believe they will implement. At that point, they should really let premades go vs premades. Besides, what is the fun for ANYONE in that game where there are 10 random people vs 10 premade people. The solo people lose 90%, and the pre mades never ever get a challenge. That is why they need to do cross server warzones asap and change this.

  18. And indeed I am wondering what lvl the OP is playing on. Obviously a lvl 15 with no points spent in his healing tree will not do well in healing. They are not meant to go full healing yet. Edit: Basically what poster above me said.
  19. 1 min cooldown compared to how the healing works in this game is great. And yes it's big. I will ignore your personal jabbering and skip to your point made in your post and reply to that. As of now if you would buff healing cast times and power, there would NOT be enough cc to counter this at all, so yes the CD's are "big". You have obviously not experienced games where healing is buffed and cc is on no cooldowns, only diminishing returns. If you would, you would know that this kind of gameplay leads to extremely stalemate boring gameplay. 1+ hour matches are the ussual outcome of overbuffing healing and lowering CD cooldowns. "You can beat healers, you just have to be smart." - Please, if you would go beyond your "facts" and use your common sense, you would realise that there are no measures in this game to beat heavy healing. I cannot understand how you could possibly fail to see this. If you get this now, imagine how many abilities and cooldowns bioware would have to add / reduce to make it work. Will not happen. It's fine, actually, its great right now.

These are facts, this game would not support heavy healing in pvp. They would have to change the gameplay too drastically.

  22. I preffer the current gameplay so much over what you are aiming for. They did that in wow and healing created stalemates and hour long arena matches, healers in this game in warzones have a more versatile role, being able to deal damage and do SOME healing. You can't tell me that you would preffer a more stalemate situation in all warzones leading to far more 0-0' situations in huttball for example because the fight doesn't really go anywhere. Furthermore and most important, this game has no hard 8 second cc's, all CC is on big cooldowns and are more to peel and to time well rather than trying to chain extremely long cc chains to kill someone through OP healing. Trust me its quite allright like this if you compare it to games where healing is OP. And it just wouldn't fit this game, with a lack of reliable constant cc to counter healers.
