what happened to the good ol' days when you ran up to some one and whacked them with something?

I was in a pug a few nights ago as the ball carrier was knocked back, force pulled, grappled and sorc pulled for about 2-3 minutes. ...no joke. it was going on SO long that both sides just stopped fighting as the assassin, sorc and powertech from the enemy team and the sorcs (3 i think) on our team pulled our ball carrier from one side of the map to the other. my moment of zen was when an enemy Operative uncloaked behind me (I was sitting down on the ledge) and sat down next to me... as we just watched the poor Juggernaut get ping ponged around the map.

/shrug i ignore them all regardless. my chat window is always closed. if im in a PUG... I have no idea what anyone else is saying. nor do i care. i know what im supposed to do and i know how to do it.

this bothers you? ...really? ...REEEEEALLY? my god you must have a sickeningly uneventful life to be bothered by something as asinine as whether or not another class gets a medal and what that medal is for... which has absolutely ZERO bearing on your accomplishments in the slightest. i envy you, sir. i only wish that i too could find the time to be bothered by something so trivial.

Pure shockfrozen water. Heals for about 8k out of combat then applies a buff that will heal for another 8k if you right click it... also out of combat. Plus its infinite use. Classes with "omg get me out of here" cloaking skills can use it cause after they use the skill it pulls them out of combat.

Only the un-skilled rely on their gear crutch. When all things are equal skill shines. This is above and beyond the main reason people with no life will rush to endgame for the best gear. Cause they suck and need that edge. It's sad cause these are the same cat's that are going to QQ big salty nub tears in GW2 right before they rage quit.

...defections...? LOVE IT!!!! +1 to you, OP. The VERY first flashpoint we ever do (Imperial side... not sure about Repub side) is dealing with a defector... this could possibly open up all sort of PvP goodness. Extra valor for killing a defector... medals for killing a defector.

this makes way way WAY too much sense, brother. itll never happen. just like having expertise on ALL PvP gear... makes way too much sense for these folks.

then why do i see... level 10's, 11's, 15's, 20's, 30's, etc, etc... topping the damage, kills and medals?? the problem isnt more or less skills. players can compensate for that with PLAYER SKILL ...but when you are being 2 shotted by a level 50 sorc in full PvP gear... all the player skill in the world wont help you. people that were playing 50's before the brackets got soft... and now its caught up them. lol. now it REALLY is all about skill and class balance. enjoy.

@OP... bro, be smart about it. Find someone in your group and stick to them like glue. Attack who they do, guard them and watch their back. This is going to be easier in a premade obviously but it can be done in a PUG, as well. If you're a healer... you're now their heal bot. Same is true as a DPS or tank.

I play an Op. They were OP as hell. Now they are more in line with the other classes. As someone else stated earlier... if they were the counter class to another class it would have been okay but being able to burn through any class... anytime... anywhere in less than a few seconds? The class needed balance. Now Ops/Smugglers have to work for their kills. Just like any other class. Get over it. Or quit. Either way just shut up about it.

Until they fix the "***? I just got randomly kicked/DC'd" issue in WZ's... they had better not. First time i get penalized for GETTING DC'd... ill quit this stupid game.
