  1. About the advanced class: Generally I feel that people don't really have enough knowledge/insight to the class they don't play to give any valuable feedback regarding specific talent specs. So when you ask what do I think how they perceive a spec I play, all I can really say is that they rather have a general perception of the advanced class as a whole. They don't really perceive the different specs differently (apart from healing/dps). The general perception for madness / hybrid DPS in PvP is that it is the best spec to play, however it has very little burst and in general people think that sorcerers have very low survivability. I myself think about sorcerer as an advanced class in a way that we have really good mobility both PvE and PvP. In PvP aoe damage is really good, probably best in game, however single target burst is majorly lacking compared to other classes. How do you think your Sorcerer spec is perceived by other classes? Since this is a spec that was used before the wrath + cl nerf, it is mostly perceived as an outdated spec. In rated warzones I don't think people realize how much aoe damage this spec brings, and I feel people tend to let me force storm a lot without bothering to interrupt or lock me down. 2. How do you perceive your own spec? I think this spec is pretty good for rated warzones. It has high mobility and can keep up continues aoe for a long time to keep interrupting people who try to capture control nodes. However like all the specs, this spec lacks burst as well. My guildies know when I play this spec in PvE that I'll bring excellent multidotting capability, but my single target dps is still not among the best compared to other classes. 2. How do you perceive your own spec? How do you think your Sorcerer spec is perceived by other classes? I think anyone who knows a little about sorcers recognize a spec like this as the generic PvE healing spec. I never felt that my guildies had any complaint when I played a healer, so I don't really feel they perceive healing sorcerers negatively in PvE. 2. How do you perceive your own spec? I feel like there is just not much variety to sorc PvE healing. Also I feel like if you stand in double aoe healing you can easily use consuption to get back to full force.
  2. This is my experience so far: I've sent a friend trial invite, then added a digital version of the game to that new account straight away. NO mount at this point. I've set up a recurring subscription aka added a credit card. NO mount at this point. Now I removed the recurring subscription and added a 60 day game card. After relogging my account I have gotten the mount. So looks like if you want the mount asap, you need to use a game card.
  3. True enough. However this thread is really just turning into a repost of that other thread I linked earlier. My point was that this is an unnecessary thread, a lot of feedback and suggestion can plentifully be found at other places already.
  4. As SLRPSJ said, the most important thing is to realize where you are needed. You should definitely try to avoid defending a node. I play a heavy aoe build. With that in mind, my main focus is to be wherever the most of the opposing team is. When it comes to extended duration big fights, noone will beat a sorc on dps. Throw your dots around and start force storming already on 3 targets, this will put a huge pressure on the opposing teams healers, allowing your team mates to easily be able to switch between half hp targets. When you get the Lightning Barrage proc, try to help your team mates getting a kill on a low hp target. If you get focused, try to call out for a guard from one of your tanks. They should be able to rotate the guards around on members of your team whoever ACTUALLY needs it.
  5. Have you guys not gotten enough input from this ( UI Feature Feedback Request ) thread already? If I'm not mistaken the only UI improvement that has happened since that thread was opened (2 month+ ago) is some GTN improvements. So I feel that asking again, without any significant UI changes since then, and no update regarding to what is already in the works, well it just does not really feel right, does it? Even if that 55 pages of suggestion is not enough, as some people already mentioned in this thread, you can always just head over to the suggestion box and find suggestions there.
  6. Yeah the youtube video is borked, it is not the full version. Eric, you guys need to re upload that, and make sure all of it is up. Or is it some youtube account related restrictions? I'm rather surprised this got buy you considering that you have recorded this weeks ago.
  7. Remove safe zone afk debuff in rated warzones. It is ridiculous this exists for rated warzones, where you queue with 8 people. The bug related to being stuck and not being able to move still exists. So if you get that bug, and you can't move out of the safe zone and you have no sorc/sage on your team to grip you out then that guy who gets stuck will get removed and loose rating even if his team wins.

  9. My Sniper had the Matrix cube equipped, it is gone. My Sorcerer did NOT have the matrix cube equipped, it is still in the inventory.
  10. This is the single most important thing that needs to be added, and is probably already in the works but still, here it is: Scale and move the debuffs/buffs inside the raid frames units frame. Filterable debuff for your target. I'm not just talking about the simple, I don't want to see this or that, I would also like to create groups for debuffs, so when there are two debuffs of the same effect, only one is shown with the longest remaining duration. Border color coded debuffs on target depending either on type of the debuff (force, mental, etc...) or based on source (player, party, ops, other). Own debuff display on enemy nameplates, very useful for dot classes. Fix issue with cast bar, when sometimes it does not always properly update. For example, if you switch to a target that is already casting a spell, you don't always get a cast bar for the target. The chat has way too big border, needs a lot more simplified or scalable border, so it can be moved to the corner of the screen, so the text is in the corner. Movable edit box for the chat frame. Ability to left click or alt left click or something an item, so it's name pops into the Name field of the BUY tab of the GTN interface, so you don't have to always type in somethings name that you want to sell, just so you can see how much are the current going prices. The little icon that indicates when you are in combat, it should show when you are going to get out of combat, if you don't do anything that'd reset that timer. Scrolling Combat Text. So damage can be moved to the side of the screen, where it is not obstructing the view of more important stuff. Allow searching in the inventory. Have a restack button in the inventory that makes the same stackable items stack together. Move the PvP currencies to the the top of the Currency list. So you don't have to scroll every time you want to look at your PvP commendations. (collapsing Planet commendations only work once per session) These are more full blown features, but they are still somewhat related to the UI: Equipment manager that allows quickly switching complete outfits. Ability to look at guildies crafting crew skills from the guild tab, even when they are offline.
  11. We have managed to kill the boss now even with the bug. This is what we did: People who could not survive the running out, now stand out of line of sight of the boss inside a sniper shield and just try and heal up while using every single possible cooldown.   14. I really hope you realize that this means you are just pushing the expectations even higher. This feature has been so hyped, and now with that statement, people are going to expect a flawlessly working system. I just really hope that this delay won't push the hype into a high where when rated warzones come, it'll disappoint a lot of people, because the system is not working as they have hoped it would.
